this only boost the ard drive im logged or all drivers? for example i have 1 terabyte external disk i dont use anymore so i want the external disk uses all of it for boost the pricinapl external disk that would work?

Works Really well but Use SSD for best performance if your gaming, HDD is too slow to keep up so you will have stutters

But you don't convert the HDD into RAM. You are just expanding the Pagefile that handles the RAM overload.

What if i use an m.2 ssd with a better performance then the ram, does Windows use the m.2 ssd first?

As I understand how it works, entire pages of memory have to get swapped out to disk, then other entire pages have to get read back into ram to get used. That is not disc as RAM, that is swap space. I would like to find a driver or a rewrite of the actual memory manager such that it would allow similar dedicated space to be accessed as if it was actual ram. I would save having to read entire pages of memory in and out before they can be used. Many new SSD modules are almost as fast as older ram anyway so I don't expect the performance it to be too drastic and definitely better than swapping. Does anyone know of such a project?

Don't do this with an ssd. You won't have it long. Throw an old clunker into your secondary Drive Bay and use it solely for swap
