Cut the heads off the carrots and cucumbers and cut in half.
Slice them with a slicer.
Place the sliced carrots and cucumbers on a cutting board and cut into strips.
Cut the ham into thin strips.
Break two eggs into small pieces.
Add a pinch of salt (1g).
1:32 Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a tablespoon of salad oil.
When the pan is warm, pour in the eggs.
When the surface of the egg starts to dry out, flip it over and cook the other side.
When all the eggs are cooked, turn off the heat.
