Recipe to cook the best chicken curry (Burmese style) 🔮
Ingredients:
-Potatoes
-Onions
-Tumeric
-Chilli powder
-Salt
Method:
-Cook the chopped onions until brown on medium heat
-Add the spices, potatoes and chicken
-Cook for about 3 mins on medium heat
-Add water, close the lid and cook on low-heat for about 30 mins
-Open the lid and cook for another 10 mins (to reduce the water)
Enjoy on plain rice!
