Oh my goodness I hit my bone inside my toe really hard on the wooden part of my bed and it’s been hurting for a year and I just got a really good pop noise when I used this video and it barely feels like anything is sore in my toe anymore! Thanks so much
Just did the big toe one and felt instant relief. Haven't been able to bend my toe in months. Thank you for these videos. Just recently discovered you and subscribed. Between traveling and being in bad hotel beds and crawling in attics your videos have been helping me alot.
I love your videos! I’m a retired teacher from Lakeshore schools, here in Stevensville. The way you explain things, you would also make a great high school or college teacher, especially in math! Thank you for making your videos!! They are excellent!!
Whenever my shoulder dislocates the relocation click feels like nutting off in a twinky Think about that the next time the cream is melting in your mouth
I've been having foot pain for about a year. I've had to compression wrap it and ice it a few times. I was hurting again today and decided to give this video a try. I started at the beginning... the very first exercise got me a LOUD POP! And immediate relief.... WOW!! After following the entire video step by step, now my OTHER foot feels stiff in comparison!! Thank you so much.
Holy crap. My foot was hurting super bad near the center top of it for some reason when I walked or applied pressure to it. So I did the first stretch ONLY ONCE and not TEN and it’s gone!!!!!! Thank you!
Thank You Dr Rowe. I have had pain just above my middle toe since 2015 that goes to baby toe, down the other toes into the outside and top of foot after the chiropractor cracked my toes downward. I did the movement you recommended and nothing happened, it must have loosened it up. Did some walking on carpet kind of spinning my foot, feeling it in that area and "POP". You can't know what a relief it is, has been horrible. I just hope it stays, this was only 10 minutes ago but it feels pretty normal already. Many, many thanks to You!
Omg thx doc ive tried everything. Screaming and beating my pets and family, abusing coworkers and strangers, screaming into a pillow. Everything but this.
Thank you so much for this video. I had my metatarsal “locked” for over a year, so much that every morning mi left foot was all numb and it hurt all day long.
This was amazing!!!! I’ve been looking for relief and stretches.... anything that will prevent me from getting injections again. You are brilliant! Thank you!
I wanted to learn some new tricks but realized all these techniques are things I have already been doing naturally because it just feels right. Glad to be reminded to pay attention to my feet tonight!
Hi...the upper part of my right foot is swollen and very painful, besides I have fibromyalgia and I can hardly bend myself Which exercise is good for me? Thank you...
My hands are too small/weak! And my feet/ankles are too tight :( I can usually get a nice crack in my foot if I roll on a lacrosse ball. It's my nightly routine! Thanks for these tips; I love learning more about anatomy
I have tight achilles and have been toe-walking my whole life so my foot has become wider set and more flexible at the toes while being very tight at my heels, do you have any recommendations for cracking them or relieving pressure?
I didn’t get much of a pop I’ve had one or two toes popped cracked but wow what a difference it made in the foot. Fantastic tutorial I learnt a lot and great results you’re a genius
You are so amazing!! Thank you for these quick and easy to understand videos. The techniques you provide truly bring relief and I am so grateful! Excited to see the changes after doing these consistently.
Thanks for your help, I got a big crack after using the roller. Unfortunately that didn’t help me with my foot pain. If you followed my baby toe and the 4th toe to the top of my foot at the ankle there is a lot of popping noise when I try to rotate my foot side to side, as opposed to flexing. I have been experiencing pain on the top and side of foot for well over a year. Do you have any suggestions? Much appreciated from a fan.
I have pain at the bottom exactly where you focused the thumbs on.. But I can't pop it.. I've had it happen before and I just popped it by luck.. Now I'm trying this technique and no luck.
Ooh thank you so much!! My bone in the top of my foot just popped back in place. It was hurting me terribly every time I would walk but after that loud pop I feel so much better. A million thanks to you 🙏🏽❤️ 😅😅
My foot was hurting so bad for some reason and I knew I needed to crack it. I didn’t know how to do it, then I found this video. The first method worked for me, and it felt so good
interestingly enough, my chiropractor explained this to me as well! if your feet are problematic, it causes to walk differently and put strain on your back.
these self adjustments make you addicted man, i speak from my experience, be it neck, spine, fingers etc. i dont recommend these, just simple stretches are better in my opinion.
I have been hit by an 18 wheeler while walking and it threw me about 15’. Then years later, had a stroke. The muscle weakness made me pretty clumsy for a while. Then, on 2 different occasions I was a passenger in car wrecks. One we ere T-Boned on my door. 6 months later, the day I was being released from PT, we were rear ended. There literally isn’t a part of my body that doesn’t ache or hurt badly. The Only thing that keeps me pretty mobile is self mobilization, adjustments and stretches. Your videos are very clear and the explanations are excellent. Thank you for showing me some improved ways and even a few new ones!
Had sprained ankle for about two na half years. Went to that sport foot doctor for some fricking exercises 2 times in week for one months. Eeeeeee. Didn't help. I didn't go back. Just waisted my time and health nsurance money. I siw your video for first time yesterday. Didn't see it before even I am on RU-vid ewery day searching for some video to help mee for sprained ankle. Non of them really help. Yesterday tray your exscersie ssome kind quick. O man. It open my eye. Tightness in my foot was gone. I didn't believe. I felt like woke up after anesthesia. I did not know what happens but that thightnest was gone. Next day I went outside to test filing while working outside. Still no tightness. Today on night I check your video again to repid those exscersie one more time , just in case. And done only your second exscersie and had one more cnockle on those toe fingers. O man that is all. Foot is healed. Thanks A Lot !!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay so if I move my right ankle it pops, no matter if I had just popped it or not. Except it never feels like it has been popped, it feels like stretching a rubber band and flicking it from one side of something to the other. The same thing happens with the lower "knuckle" of the toe next to my big toe, and also with my right wrist..... Any idea what that could be?
I’ve had pain in my foot for about a year..I’ve had an MRI and shows a herniated lower disc..I limp most days.. I’ve had a lot of Acupunture which I’ve found great. From not being able to move to back to some sort of normal..BUT my right hip and foot has sharp pains and stinging! Help 🙁
These look good. I have a super stiff “underfoot” metatarsal from a mid-80s bunionectomy w/no physical therapy, as they didn’t offer it back then. The area by and above my right foot arch has limited range of motion-pointing and flexing are stunted. Liking that big toe “knuckle” crack, too. The ideal thing is having it all done to me. But I’ll give these a try on my own!
I have been experiencing pain and numbness in my feet due to the chemotherapy injections. It’s been a year now and getting pop sounds. Is it a sign of recovery? My doctors says it is peripheral neuropathy but I feel my plantar fasciitis is inflamed. In India, I don’t have podiatrists. What can help me here?
I somehow messed up my left ankle at gym 3years ago, since then i keep getting clicks when i walk and it aches generally in the evenings. I wonder if this helps 🤔
Can you tell me what is happening to my feet If I can crack every single bone anytime and how much I want? I mean I just bend my toes or my foot and boom, it carcks without any technique. I literally could crack my foot 100 times straight if I'd wanted to...
i want to thank you soooo much. somehow, your videos made me see how much my toes needed a good cracking, so i went to a chiropractor who helped me find out i had something wrong with my tendon. i was referred to an orthopedic and now receiving treatment for it and my toe is feeling so much better after a long painful YEAR of just trying to shrug off the pain. your videos also help me so much for my at-home exercises. if i haven't found your videos, i probably would have never gotten my much needed treatment. so i thought i need to thank you🙏🏻
What i like is the foot part, compress.. I think i can put it into a massage technique, It helps me out while I'm watching this video right now. Thank you!
Hey bro I have a question I have pain In almost every of my body joint and I have lost a lot of my energy my body hurts unable to walk properly cannot run any video you would like to recommend plz I need serious help I request you
First of all, thank you for your great explained and very helpful videos. Through which I have already got rid of many complaints. Maybe you can help me here too, my wife has had recurring severe pain in the tibialis anterior muscle for several months. She has been to countless doctors, unfortunately no one could or would help her. We also don't know why this pain has suddenly appeared. I massage her leg every day for 20-30 minutes because that is the only thing that brings short term relief. Maybe you know such a problem and have a tip what we can try so that we can reduce the pain. Thank you so much already.
Been dealing with random pain for about a year under my foot. I think one day I cramped a bit and it was never the same its above the underside of my heal and wow this worked wonders! Metatarsal points were a lifesaver
I can crack my right big toe seemingly endlessly for some reason, i cup the toe with my 4 fingers and keep my thumb on the side of the 2nd joint (farthest away from toenail) and just move it to the side and it cracks. Any way to fix this?
Hey, im having really uncomfortable stiffness on the bottom of my foot. Its kind of right underneath where the toe begins. The pain is a combination of my pointer toe (one closest to big toe idk what the latin term is lol) and my middle toe. It is almost like the bones want to connect or something. There is a noticable relief when pressing my fingers directly into the bottom of my foot right under where the 2 toes begin. The relief point is literally in between the 2 bones and kind of overlaps both. I tried this video and i still cant figure it out. Would love your wisdom. Ik you are busy with millions of views and maybe even millions of comments. Hope you can help me. It is getting stiffer by the day and pain is exponential. Thanks. Your vids are GOATED
My problem is that I want to stop cracking them. I think crack them as a stress reliever, but then they start to hurt, but I can't stop myself. I also constantly pop my wrists.
Been hurting in the top of my foot on my left foot, fourth toe for a while. I had to do a different technique to actually find the right bone and how it needed to go, being a bit thicker, and with a shorter foot, but I felt it finally just go back into place with enough pressure. It feels so much better already.
so basically i dropped a 100 pound wooden post on my left foot like 8 months, it landed right on the corner of the post so now there is kind of a crease in the metatarsals, my foot works just fine somehow but i dont know that i wanna do any of this to my left foot.
