Pilates is coming to form at the perfect time for me. I injured myself in august and am now getting back into low/ no impact work outs. Lots of Pilates and yoga!! Thank you Sami! ❤
Thank you so much for coming out with the Pilates program on FORM! I was diagnosed with pelvic floor dysfunction that I have to fix before my husband and I can try to get pregnant💔. I also spent years lifting weights and didn't focus on stretching. I grew up a dancer and have a black belt in karate and I lost all of my flexibility, so I am really hoping Pilates FORM will help me get my flexibility and mobility back! Hopefully my husband and I can start our family this year or next. Thank you, Sami.
I really miss you, and I have been following your previous clips all this time, and I want to conclude all your beautiful clips. I do not know how to describe to you the extent of my love and gratitude to you, because you really are a miracle that appeared in my way. I see that we have a common impression. I really love you and wish you happiness, my love. Your Arab love is from Yemen.😩💙💙💙
Loved this video, Sami. I'm inspired to create my board for 2023 and SO excited to start pilates in FORM, my husband and I have been doing your videos together ❤️
This inspired me to do my 2023 vision board, too 🫶🏼 I’m planning to go on a wellness retreat next year and i’m actually hoping that FORM will also have their own wellness retreat coz that would be sooo perfect ❤️
Create a vibe :) Journal+Pen Journal out your dreams highlight main things, the biggest areas… Put out in vision board Pinterest that match each category
Its awesome that you finally found the thing that worked, the "Oviclean"? But I am curious how you got your hyperpigmentation to fade so quickly. Mine takes months, sometimes years, to clear up and I've used everything (vitamin C, hydroquinone, licorice root, azelaic acid, etc.)
Whst I don’t understand is why these skin care brands only Cater to the people with tons of money Moddle class people also get acne I never had acne but I feel so bad for people that do and they can’t afford to take care of it
Your average Walgreens, Duane Reade, or pharmacy/Farmacia has great affordable products that cater to acne. It’s not the 80’s with Noxema and Seabreeze as the only options. People are just lazy and don’t want to do their research or try on their own and use money as an excuse. There are tons of free blogs and RU-vid content on cheap acne lines and nutrition advice.
I get botox for my face and lip filler for my lips, but last time my injector told me to try the lip flip... after 1 week I had trouble eating, drinking and if sentences had too many P's my mouth wouldn't follow 😂I am not getting a lip flip anymore 😂
