What if you owned several boats (7) over 22 years. I have the registration numbers from pictures, but don't have any paperwork from those old boats. Can I still log my sea time from those vessels?
If you have previous convictions you can use the table from 46 CFR 10.211 (www.law.cornell.edu/cfr/text/46/10.211 ) This pdf from the USCG goes into detail. www.dco.uscg.mil/Portals/9/NMC/pdfs/brochures/Criminal_Record_brochure.pdf We're just USCG licensing experts and not lawyers so we always suggest talking to a maritime lawyer if you have any questions about convictions. The CG-719S form is for documenting sea service. You will use the CG-719C form to report all convictions as part of your application.
Question merchant maritime center is wanting me to send in my sea service time from being in the navy so I called them an they couldn't provide me how to obtain my sea service time from them if you know how please help
Great question. The CG-719S works for all vessels under 200 GRT. You just need to type what kind of vessel it is. In your case it would be a Sailing Vessel.
