how to cut and shape a piece of lead ready to go into a wall on a roof 

Why put cut in the description?

3/4” A’s shown minus the bend radius allowance would see about 1/2” into the wall .... this man has not done a roofing apprenticeship!

Why cut see what happens if you do it in one piece. It will shrink and crack if done in one piece like lead valleys do them in smaller strips not one long piece.
