I love this ideal and recently purchased the Cricut Maker, will due this for my daughter N Law baby shower-gender reveal in July , Your wonderful thank you so much 🤗❣️
I don’t understand why cricut has the knife blade and the deep point blade I had boughten the deep point thinking that it did all the things that I eventually figured out the knife blade actually does
Hi Angie, thanks for your informative videos. Will the Maker cut through 400gsm kraft card (a stiff card less than 2 mm thick). I'm trying to decide whether the maker or a craft laser is better for my projects. I want to print and cut, but am not sure cricut provides the kraft card in the thickness I'm looking for. Thanks in advance for any info.
You are a great explainer and this is excellent. What I really want to do is to create my own original files in Procreate that become 3D animals with slots that the legs go into, then upload to Cricut Design Space and cut out the pieces from cardboard. Do you have any experience with creating your own designs?
Yep! It is a Cricut shirt for Infusible Ink but it works for sublimation. Just remember the grey will show through so pick your design and colors wisely.
Selecting light chipboard my maker force me to use the fine point blade , I could use the deep point blade but inserting the knife blade upon controlling the blade prior to cut the machine stops ... what am I doing wrong?
You have to use the blade the machine calls for. You may have an "edit tools" button where it asks for the blade. If you don't, you will have to pick another material setting to trick your machine.
Hi Angie, what setting do you use to cut heavy weight crepe paper on Cricut Maker? I changed setting to more pressure on the crepe paper material, but still not a clean cut. Do I need to change my rotary blade?
@@AngieHolden hi Angie, I did try cotton….worked much better with more pressure setting. I am using Lia Griffith’s new heavy weight crepe that is a little thicker than some others…her team said they use the denim setting with less pressure. Thank you for your help. Love your Chanel👍🏻
@@AngieHolden I see, because I’m trying to buy these expensive blades in chunks and the next thing I want to cut is cardboard, so figuring out which is most effective is a bit stressful 😅 thank you!
