Facts- i used to hate everything about myself my looks my hair my face my body my skin color hair color everything- but i still do just with my looks and face. Yep. It´s so strong even little babies are treated better or worse based on their looks. The cuter kids are treated better, while the less cute ones are perceived as more annoying and treated worse. There are studies about it. But "take responsibility" for being abused since early childhood for your looks. OMG that guy is a sociopath. I had embraced being below average (or simply being not attractive). There a certain power to it. As a female I don't attract undesired male attention. Of course I feel at lowest when I realize, when other women get attention or special treatment just simply because they are pretty. But I don't deal with any problems afterthat: no creeps, stalkers, crazy simps. Freedom. I don't own anything to anyone, I don't waste money on trying to be pretty (honestly and embrased average looks). Just focused on being healthy and making money. Believe it is better to be alone and focus on self growth. It sounds cliché but truly it is much more better. And some guys (who really want to be friends) actually talk with me without any attraction distraction. And it's cool they don't hit up on me, we had great conversations. It's the worst when my own parents insult me. One day I asked them to help me pick an outfit for a wedding. And my brother straight out told me " who cares ? It's over once they see your ugly face anyway " and my parents just looked at me pathetically. Idk whether he was joking or not , but it hurt me so much that I kept replaying his words in my head for the rest of my day.

@Critical Thinker you can get positive reinforcement from other things though and I try to focus on those things. People always compliment my musical abilities, drawings and intelligence and it made me pretty confident. I say nice things to myself too

Yeah looks aren’t the only thing that goes with dating but when you’re ugly you’re instantly being put in a corner or not a even a choice at all. After all in todays dating scene looks is a significant part, don’t sugar coat the “its about personality” like looks aren’t the first thing people see you. Thank God for cosmetic surgery. Looks aren't everything, but they definitely play a significant part in a relationship. That's why so many women are buying their beauty and I don't blame them. As we speak, I'm in line to do same. I have the heart for a loving, romantic relationship. However, I can't say the same for my face, just being honest.

With that said you need to make sure you do a LOT of research to find the right doctor/surgeon so that you actually end up looking better after the surgery. Being ugly is perfectly OK, unless you wanna date. You just have to know where you belong and act accordingly. So it means no online dating apps, no speed/blind dating agencies or dating coaches, no approaching the people you find attractive in person. It is just waste of time and very humiliating for you in the end. Though you might find yourself in a relationship by accident in the end (if your partner is somehow damaged, with no standards). But never try to find one by yourself.
Outside of dating, it really does effect you in the workplace too. Or getting hired during interviews. Some of your co-workers/colleagues act as if they literally cannot stand the sight of you

my bitter memory...as a lowteen girl, I decided to give chocolate to a boy i liked in the school. in my country Valentine day was a big event fir the girls to give chocolate to the boy that we like. and School prohibited that we have anything other than our textbooks and stationary in our school bag, and they used do surprise inspection. So the boy kept the car shaped chocolate I gave him in his bag. After a week that i gave it to him, the teacher found the chocolate in his bag. Then I got in trouble by this female teacher and she scolded me that I caused him trouble, and such an ugly girl doesn't deserve good boy like him.. Yes, she really said that to me, I felt hurt so deeply , and also shocked that kind of stuff came out of teachers mouth. Adding the insult to my injury, my friend told me that the boy was saying that he wasn't happy at all that receiving the chocolate from such an ugly girl...🤬 That moment I lost all the feeling I had for him..I was very quick to recover😅 A few years later, he was starting to talk to me, but I just didn't care.. Im 52, and there are times I remember about that teacher and wonder what was the need ti be that harsh just about chocolate..
What sucks the most is being constantly ignored because people don’t even consider you juman for how ugly you are. I have already accepted being ugly but that doesn’t mean that everyone else is fine with my horrendous looks. Nothing works. If I put myself out there I just get called annoying and an eyesore. That happened to me when I was your age. My face was full of huge pimples. Try avoiding sugars and changing your diet, I hear it comes from the gut. After I turrnd 19 I stopped having severe acne and my skin healed. You’ll be ok!

Being ugly is the biggest pain in life ever no one looks at you , no one gives u attention you are alone my friend, you are alone . Never ever reminds anyone about their physical appearances or Don't laugh in front of them because once you did all the thing you will forget after some time but they don't forget your words for the rest of their life 💔. @Tandra Queen I get you 💔 the people are so ruthless to ugly girls especially 💔 they see us as a waste of space and air 💔 I also get suicidal from the treatment and they tell me it's easier for me because I am ulgy i won't worry about my looks. It's a shame I'm the only ugly girl in my family when everyone else is a ten and then preach about how hard it is for them and looks aren't the most important thing in life, they make me so angry. It's like a rich person telling a poor person it's not about money and crab😭 People take photo of me all the time and i act like i did not notice because when i confront them it gets uglier than me. Every place i enter I'm the laughing stock of everyone💔 I literally never get oit of my room only to the bathroom and to eat and have never had friends 😭😭

Yes. I’ve been told I’m ugly many times and some of them were my grandchildren. I often think, I will never know what it feels like to be pretty and that cuts me up deep down inside of my soul. I swear, I don’t want to go out because I’m so down about my ugly features. Sometimes I think of wearing a Niqab, to cover my entire face then the only feature people will see are my eyes.
@@user-qt4ug5of7f No imagination needed. I totally know what it's like to be called ugly. It cuts deep each and every time when that word is said to me. Just standing next to a co-worker who really was pretty, and hearing a patient tell her, "you sure are pretty" made me feel like crap. The weird thing is, most of my female friends I hang out with are pretty. I remember years back, a friend wanted to set me up on a date with a man she knew. He asked about my looks. This is how she described me, "Well, she's not pretty but she's not ugly". Huh!? I still scratch my head trying to figure out what that means.
i lived all my life hating my face because i thought i looked tired and dead and gray and zombie like... turns out it was because I AM IN FACT TIRED!! i have anemia and never noticed! i thought i slept for days at a time because i was depressed, i thought being cold all the time was just how i was born, i thought i fell asleep in class no matter how much sleep I've had the previous night was because i was bored and didn't like school! i thought heart palpitations chest pains and fainting after stressful were anxiety! i thought my legs going numb when i lied down was normal, i thought I was dumb and forgetful because that's just who i am! GO GET CHECKED!!!
Can i ask you what you do/take? Bc I have iron defficiency anemia, and I've tried a lot of stuff, but it does not seem to help. The doctors don't do much either. I feel desperate.
I am ill, poor, ugly and lonly. Somedays I really wish I would die of natural causes. My life has no meaning for me and for society since I can not add value to anything. The only thing good that I do is feeding stray animals everyday, otherwise they would die. I am happy to at least see love in their eyes.

No lie, I’ve been feeling downer than ever for the past 3 years since my “friends” always teased me to the limit for my looks, and every time I saw myself in family photos, or Insta posts, I immediately felt gross and insignificant. As expected, I got sick of living under that rock. I didn’t want to see where this horrific tunnel would leave me, a life with no hope was none other than negligible. So, I vowed to make huge changes by starting to wear the latest trends, started having so many beauty products, joined the fasting club, started surprising others with killer selfies, and wouldn’t leave the gym until late at night. And that’s when I realized… Beauty (however you see it), isn’t magic. It doesn’t take away all of the years that you got treated like shit. I might be a changed guy on the outside, but on the inside I’m nothing but an insecure void. Always feeling lost in a fantasized battlefield, suffering at the hands of society’s trumped up troops. I never gave myself enough love to know that the sickness I experienced would never go away until I banished it. You shouldn’t lose so much of yourself by trying to fit into an image that you think other people will like, just because that’s “normal” or popular. Do what YOU like, my advice to you. If people see you as different or less then, you have to say to yourself “THEY’RE not good enough for ME”, and move on. That’s the beautiful power of man you see; we may stumble, we may fall off the path, but we always move forward. We need not be told what our worth is, you and me can create our world with our own eyes.
When I was a kid everybody was saying that I am ugly and I'm not like my sisters or my mother... I growing up feeling insecure till in some point I started to accepte my self and the way I look .. then I got engaged and unfortunately we didn't understand each other so I decided to break up with the guy .. but my father didn't accept my decision so he told me that there's too many girls much more prettier than you but he choose you! Since then I stared to hate my self again.. It's 5 AM and I'm crying from my dad's words even if it's been 2 years

I'm 21 and till now I don't have boy friend I know the reason as well yes it's my face. And I'm ok with that because I'm used to. But having pretty frnds really sucks. Because when I with them I always felt like a side character in a movie. And they are being like a main character having romantic looks at boys. It's really uncomfortable. Even my parents also acknowledged that I'm being ugly even though my parents and my brother are gorgeous and here I'm having both negative traits of my parents. And being a girl is sucks very bad in that situation.
The one big point you miss is that to go out and facing the world, people, experiences, encounters day to day and be told repeatedly by even total strangers that you are ugly, there's no point in stepping outside. Ugly doesn't stand a chance. Now I'm an old ugly person shunned by the world.
I've been hiding under a mask for two years now.But then I fell in love online.. he fell in love with me without ever knowing what I looked like.We started video calls, I was still insecure about myself but he accepts me as I am(with the ugly face)He loves me, not for how I look but he truly fell in love with me for who I am.That makes me happy but he wanted to introduce me to his sister as I'm His girlfriend. I don't usually wanna meet new people cause I'm 100% sure they will judge me for how I look. But I met his sister anyway cause I'd be rude if I didn't. he mentioned that his sister passed a very negative comment which was like..."she's mid. There's all bones in her body. She is white but not beautiful" ...THat feels so like an insult about something I cannot control. I can't control being ugly. My mom says " my son looks handsome. But daughter looks..kinda flawed " to everyone she talks to. And that's how I got addicted to having a mask on 24/7. And I actually got no idea how to handle being judged for being ugly. I ain't pretty and I accept that for myself. I'm fine the way I am. But the way people around me talk shit cause I ain't pretty is sometimes so overwhelming. I wish they just said nothing. I don't need compliments but I wish they didn't pass negative comments either. It breaks my heart🥺
This video has really helped me in accepting the fact that my face is not the beauty standard of today. I do everything I can to be a better person, and I exercise regularly to keep in shape as these are things I CAN control. This video has great advice. I've felt ugly ever since the 4th grade and I'm 26 now. Life has felt crappy and not worth it a lot of the time. I've constantly wondered what it would be like to see the world through the rose-tinted glasses of an attractive person. Anyways, it's great to find some real advice from someone who is living through this and totally gets it.

Again if you are beautiful and extrovert that means you are very social and joyful mind But if you are ugly and extrovert that means you are so talkative . If I can put same personality in different body one body should be attractive and the other one unattractive We see all the good things in attractive people And we see all the bad things in a unattractive people
My family never treat me different only the outsiders treat me differently and don't even talk to me I feel very bad when they talk and play with my pretty sister I am not jealous of her but it's hurt a lot .in past I never thought that I am ugly but now I am not able to interact with others because I don't have confidence even teacher treat me differently many times.
My best advice for people that’s ugly as well is to start working out. Like I tell myself, if I’m gonna be ugly then I at least wanna lose weight and be fit. It could also help you look better.
Man i am in the best shape of my life my body is filled with muscles but if you have a ugly face it wont matter to girls or anyone, i am treated difrently and people make fun of me
