A “reese” is a type of sound often found in bass and heavy electronic music: it's a big, wobbly-sounding thing that's often used for basslines or low melodies. 50 Carrot of ‪@GentlemensClubUK‬ fame is the master of the heavy reese-so in this video, watch him show you how to create a few variations on the reese bass sound using two of Reason's most iconic synths, Malström and Subtractor. Is anyone else following exactly what he's doing and getting totally not the same sounds at all? What am I missing? Is there something else added he doesn't mention. To start with mine doesn't pump at all, while he's pumps from the very beginning.
