@@pabinshrestha9491 my friend was telling me they use a type of ice that comes in big dry blocks ... But it's not dry ice... Do you know what he's talking about?

James Young yes I know it is like cube ice we cannot make the nice display on that ice

There are many types of fish like salmon, barramundi, John Dory, snapper, flat head, leather jacket, etc.

James G yes the ice will melt but after long time. At least after 5/6 hours. So we need to ice up again. But we don’t need to change the whole thing.

@@ExploreEverything365D do you use special ice? Looks like the first fish will fall off. As u said after 5. 6 hrs

Fish falls rarely depends how it is displayed Fish doesn’t fall easily even ice is melting. We keep daily 12 hours .we just need to do is ice up time by time.
