This is a 24 hour detox eating food. Certain foods are great to detox the liver. I share my experience as a first timer doing a detox or cleanse. Why do a detox? If you have been feeling sluggish, If you have been exposed to any toxins, if you eat processed food, or if you need to cleanse out your body.

Thank you for your video, i will make myself a very similar smoothie to help my liver detox after winter season. I also like to drink fermented beetroot juice the first think in the morning which i do myself. The beets are superfood, full of amazing benefits, they improve our immunity, good for the gut, help to fight anemia and great to boost our red blood cells.Sometimes i make myself a green soup made of onions, broccoli, leeks and freen peas with some feta cheese and parmesan topping. Greetings from Ireland. :)

That green soup sounds SO good! I agree about beets. I had never roasted them before and they were delicious! I am so glad to hear from Ireland! I want to visit there some day

I also used 3 coffee enemas during the day and 1 essential oil suppository during the night for the 1-day detox.

Sandy to help the favor and consistency of the green drink try 1/2 avocado. It makes it creamy. Otherwise they are a little blah but the avocado will help. Thank you for the advice on liver detox. I love love love your channel. You seem to know exactly what I need to hear.

I was diagnosed with fatty liver 6 months ago. I've been drinking lemon water every morning and I make smoothies woth parsely, celery, spinach, lemon, ginger. I love ginger lemon tea and take magnesium, zinc, b vitamins, K2, iron and I feel so much better.

I was skeptical at first, but this liver detox formula has exceeded my expectations. It's effective yet gentle, and I've noticed a positive difference in my digestion and energy levels.

Hello Sandy 🙂 Thank you for sharing your detox experience based on fruits and vegetables. I really like the fact that you did not get any juice or vitamin supplements. You mentioned that you had a headache and I would like to ask you if you had any coffee that day. Personally, I get a headache if I don't drink my coffee but I also know that caffeine is quite toxic for our liver. So, what would you suggest?

Hello! I am not a coffee drinker. So, it probably wasn't the caffeine in my case. I do enjoy green tea a lot of mornings though, and that contains caffeine. I think there are so many differing opinions on caffeine. I do know that drinks like Red Bull and cola are terrible for the body, but I dont put them in the same category as coffee and tea, which have health benefits. So, I am going to continue to drink my green tea. I think the headache "may" have been just from the cleanse....but I really dont know.

All of these gorgeous veggies are so beautiful. I've always boiled the artichokes, and those are good that way. However, for the price, not worth the money on those, IMO.

I have never heard of boiling them! But, this was also my first attempt of any kind and I just read what it said on the internet. But, I am there with you...for the money, time and as little amount I got off the artichoke, it isn't worth it.

Just ordered the shredder off Amazon. LOL Will need to try this but my Bullett died so have to replace it. Hopefully the blender will do just fine for the smoothie.

We use the shredder all the time! Mostly because I buy blocks of cheese and we shred it ourselves.

With the artichoke, boil it for 1 hour and when you get to the hair part. You have to take that part out. It kinda looked like you left it. You eat the very end of the leaf where it attaches dipped in mayo. I sure hope you try it again.

I am sure that I was just doing it wrong and since I didn't know how to do it, it didn't turn out that great. Boiling it wounds tasty. Thanks for taking the time to share this tip!

Artichokes are amazing esp dipped in tony amount of mayo. The heart is the best part. So amazing. Don't eat the hair ❤
