Along with asana reduce belly fat also need healthy lifestyle (eating dinner early, walking after dinner etc), healthy eating habits (no junk food, no snacking in between meals, etc). You can do legs strengthening poses for lower body like warrior pose 1 & 2, triangle pose, skandasana, utkatasana, and parsvakonasana. For belly fat you can do, naukasana, ardhmatsyendrasana, adhomukhsvanasana, phalakasana, and padhastasana.
Thank you ma’am ..just have a little doubt in 3 rd way -when we are raising the leg and going to other side ..u said shoulders should be stick to the ground but when I am going other side …my shoulders are coming up little
Keep your shoulders on the ground, and use a cushion to rest your leg on, after regular practice body will become flexible and you will be able to put your leg all the way to the ground.
