I mentioned 4 simple steps of maintenance for Ecovacs Deebots. It doesn't matter which model You are using if you just follow these 4 steps then you can do normal maintenance at home without any tools.you can solve minor issues at home with just following these simple 4 steps.

how do i clean the small wheel in front - there is hair really stuck there.

I want to change the whole castor wheel. Are you able to show how to open up the t8? I have tried removing all screws but however the machine doesn’t open up. It’s like a dead seal machine. Appreciate it!

Hi, I owned an Ecovacs Ozmo T8 AiVi. Purchased not too long but the experience is not smooth. The machine always stop itself due to the bumper stucked even it's cleaning at an empty and wide space.. Pls advise.. thanks in advance

Can I wash the main brush (yellow tube with brushes) with water?

Instead of putting "floor cleaner" in the water tank , can we put few drops of cleaner on floor itself ? That way , only the mop will come in contact with cleaning liquid. Second, is it recommended to keep charging station switched on, even after deebot charges 100% ?? Keep it on all the time, when not cleaning ?

What are the cons of using the disposable cleaning cloth multiple times on Ozmo pro attachment? Ive not been able to get any in my location.

Moping cloth is better than disposable moping sheets...cloth u can reuse after wash....if n koi t available ur side then i give you a tip...just in emergency like u couldn't find the moping cloth so any similar material u can find easily in market then can cut the same size at home & start using....

@@ecovacstechnicalsupport5278 thank you for replying. I got 11 blue striped disposable mopping clothes with the pro attachment. They seems to be holding up after a wash. So it would be okay to reuse these? Or are you talking about the reusable thick cloth pad that comes with the normal set? I am talking about the electric oscillating mopping kit which does not come with reusable pads.

Hello, I have an R95 and it worked perfectly for almost a year, but it has started giving me a very hard time with wifi, it constantly goes out of connection it terribly unstable so sometimes i see it in ecovacs 2017 app on line i go in and it gets off connection, and so on, so it can connect but it loosses it permanently. Ive done the obvios reset it and try with different Samsung phones, but dos exactly the same, it seems to be something with the wifi signal on the robot. Can you point me in the right dirección???

Have you try to restart your house wifi router??? Sometimes all our other devices connect & functioning normal only one item suddenly Disconnect or start giving error. So normally we reset from deebot first then restart house router & reconnect app if still same then deebot wifi module got some issue....which is attach with main board in front...motherboard need to replace if models issue

Can you use the brush to clean the filter? Or will it damage the filter?

Actually if we use teeth brush or paint brush to clean the filter so after few times threads will come out n dust sticks with that then will be difficult to clean...easy way is to knock a bit or if u have normal car vacuum to suck the dust from filter is better

Hey um i got some buildup hair in the small weel in the front do i use tweesers or what can i use?

Front roller is quite hard to take out with tweezers but using minus Screw driver eaisly can take out because screw driver quite strong won't bend...but remove from front bumper side not from battery side... otherwise will get scratch on bottom chassis

Make sure don't lost the roller side locks... without those can not fix back
