Excellent video Colin! Just wanted to ask that I get pain in my wrists when going into the Pushup plank position but if I do it using fists then there is no pain and it feels much easier. What could be the reason and am I doing it right?

Thanks for your positive feedback! You can definitely do the plank with the fist position instead of extended wrists, that's a totally viable option if the traditional push-up hand position causes discomfort in your wrists.

Thanks very much for the content. One question, how do I fix the problem of the shoulders and lower back hurting during the exercise. I follow each of the steps in this video but this problem persists in any excercise I do. Thanks

Glad you find the info helpful! About your question, since you're experience pain in many different exercises, the best advice is to get assessed by a physical/physiotherapist. It's really hard to know what could be happening without being checked out by a qualified professional.
