Hey! I'm new to Pensacola and started watching your history videos, which are fantastic. When I first watched this video, I thought how funny. After driving in this town for a while, I have to say; I believe I may have overestimated the intended hyperbole.
I just found you 30 minutes ago, and I can't stop laughing. I used to live in Pensacola as a kid. I live in Panama City Beach, FL. now. But, I do remember the bad drivers. You're right on! 😂
LOL!!!! My wife berates me for complaining about these morons but I made her watch this and even she laughed. VERY well done my friend!!!! You blasted the head off that nail with the finesse of Sean Connery. If I ever meet up with you, your dinner or drinks are on me, whichever the case may be.
That is funny - yet true! I am from Atl but lived many yrs in Pcola and have visited over the years. In Atl traffic mistakes are made at the speed of light with subsequent consequences just as fast....but in Pcola traffic mistakes are made in a long, slow, sweeping manner.
I grew up in Pensacola, now living in Tampa Bay...You filmed around the Government Court House. People drive worst here 😁. I subscribed to be reminded how much I miss not seeing so much traffic on the road on a Sunday😁.
Come on over to NW Pensacola, where there's a 45mph speed limit, but everybody drives 15mph! Leave early to get to work so you have a little more time to prepare your desk? HAHA! Not a chance! Here in NW P-cola, we drive like we literally have nowhere to be..... ever. We look forward to seeing you, if you can get here within 5 years!
This got a chuckle out of me. I love this and a lot of it was true. Just the other day I was almost pushed onto interstate 10, because the cars on Davis wouldn't let me over, and you have no idea how many cars have almost run me over at Winn Dixie from either going too fast and not stopping at the stop sign when being "Suggested" to do so. XD
So true! Bad drivers here and I'm from Chicago. Sat through a green light twice yesterday while this guy was on his phone. I honked....gave me the bird
You forgot to show how long the lights stay on red. So long, in fact, that the people ahead of you in line have already fallen asleep. And by the time they wake up and go, it's too late for you to make it through the light. :(
I would like to see a video of the "Devil's Triangle", aka: Tippen/Langley/9th Ave. intersection. That intersection with its totally out of sync lights would be good for a few laughs.
Holy shit I'm gonna send this to my half-brother. He's a State Trooper here in Escambia and he complains about our drivers all the time. xD This video is so true, dear god lol
We spent a week there in July. Let me tell you if you think Pensacola drivers are bad, move to Knoxville, Tn. There is an unwritten law here that if you drive 20 miles per hour under the speed limit GET IN THE LEFT LANE!!!!!!!!
Being born and raised here, you see a lot of shit. My entire life here, and I've seen a lot of different kinds of drivers. This genuinely made me laugh just on how true it is. But, there's so much untapped material, and you should keep making videos like this, Holden! And if you want a real challenge, try going on Airport Blvd right off the interstate, a light will stay red for literally minutes if there's only one car coming from the interstate, while the other stays green.
@@HoldenHardman Haha, pretty much. Better yet, try it at the light on Palafox and Olive. People pass the red light there all the time, and I live right at the corner and can see people speed all the time, although a better game would be to see how many people would pass a red light.
I lived half my life in Pensacola but I never thought I saw bad drivers until I moved to Kissimmee in 2012. These people are all from NY or NJ or from the islands where laws don't exists. Cops here do literally nothing, I've never seen lazier cops. Accidents are nonstop here, my insurance is insane. Lights don't have to be on at night, they slam on brakes then cut over 2 lanes to take a left, they will cut you off at the light from the straight lane to take a left so they don't have to wait in line like the rest. Rest assured, Pensacola drivers are so tame in comparison. I miss the days of easy going low traffic. Oh did I mention they drive 10 to 15 UNDER the limit here... yah, good luck getting anywhere here.
Omfg! I haven't even made it all the way through the street signs yet and im already subbing and sharing to all my friends! So fucking true and laughing my ass off
Oh man, this is your best one yet. You should go over to the all way stop where you enter the target parking lot on Bayou and see how many cares about that one!
@@HoldenHardman Much love my man from someone who is becoming a PCC drop out! Keep doing what you're doing it so very entertaining and a lot of them are educational. Then you have the awesome nerd talk 😂.
the One negative thing during our last visit about Pensacola are the Lights-they are so long. Way too many intersections. Going east-west is a challenge. Oh and the intersections are very dark (better streetlights)! Did i say One?😁
I'm researching what it's like to live in Pensacola. Never thought the drivers would be that bad out there. Whoa! I live in Vegas and I thought the drivers here were bad. I won't bitch the next time I'm on the road. LOL!
There needs to be a clip about “how to turn left from the right lane (and right turn from the left lane) without using a signal or giving a💩about it” 😂
I didn't know where Pensacola was until this video... yall being in Florida opens up so many more jokes when I dont like what yall say about Tom Holland's spider-man... perfect. I needed new ammo since I like Matt now and dont want to make fun of his small brain anymore.
does anybody have an idea when me road work if by the kangaroo and interstate used to be a waffle house there's a Hardee's there now can't think of the cross street but it's on Pensacola boulevard how long that construction has been going on cuz I was 17 got a job at waffle House and that construction is still there and I'm 43
Interesting ..how things ( like all U.S. cities) have changed in Pcola since ' 80s- 90s.But then again over 900 people move to FL..every day(330,000 per year).. Its anyone's guess..as to how that factors in as well
the fantastic dory Too young to drive? Then you have no clue what you are talking about. Nor do you have any idea about the issues those of us who have to drive/ride daily have to deal with. You say you've lived here your whole life but your life has barely began. Those of us who have been dealing with Pensacola traffic for 10+ years have every right to complain and make fun of the stupid and dangerous drivers around us.
Jeff Surgeon no it is not. This made me mad and have you lived here all your life. I mean that's are some stupid people but not every one can drive (because they are too young) so ya
Hugo reyes - Though, there is also their opposite, thr pedesrrians that step into the cross walk (against a light, if there is one) when the car is already half way, or more, through the intersection.
