Good advice on the Wix. Another thing I do is write the date on the filter with a permanent marker.

Actually I can honestly say that i've never had a problem taking off one of those fram x guard oil filters but have had a bunch of problems taking off other brands.

Great video and advice. One point of feedback: the closeup angle is great but it would be helpful to show or describe where the filter is located on the truck.

A filter is a filter man. Lol. I use whatever the parts store have including fram and never have had a problem.

No I did not, never had them degrade enough to need to
