Walk away from auto lock on your Honda. I accidentally locked my keys in my Honda. Even though the doors automatically unlock when I near the car with the key fob, the auto would NOT let me open the car once the keys were inside. What if a baby was inside, or someone with dementia in hot conditions? It's a terrible idea. The car should open even with the keys inside. The majority of the time my car is in the garage anyway. I needed to get keys to open the doors.

Yesterday, the walkaway auto lock feature no longer works. I've gone through the steps in your video several times. Do not work. What can I do short of disconnecting & reconnecting the battery?

Doesnt help, it would be helpful to advise what year you are referring to. The 2019 CR-V doesn't have the toggle switches you described

I like the walk away lock feature but not when my car is in the garage. Can I turn it off and just click the lock button on the fob when I went to lock the doors?

This doesn't help unless you have the multi information display? How do I do this when I DONT have the multi-information display.

My Honda CrV has the touchscreen but it does not match yours.
