i just got a new iphone 11 and i was transferring my data from my old iphone and something has gone wrong as all of my apps are waiting to download and when i press on them they say that they are unable to install. when i try to log in or turn off my location to erase my phone it says verifications failed as there was a error connecting to the apple id server.

so the issue im having right now is that I forgot my password and stuff and the security questions 😢 so i tried apple support and they needed me to send the original receipt? even so i did all of the requirements and still isnt working what am i supposed to do now?
