How to Fill & Use Your Water Pillow 

I just bought a travel size pillow and used distilled water

Do you not add salt or baking soda to keep water clear ?

I love my water pillow but it wakes me up middle of the night because it’s so cold on the back of my knack and shoulders… what can I do to stop this xx

How can I wash my water pillow and how can I fill it if I lost my funnel
