Hi Salem, Thank you for this video. Really. Sometimes, it’s not even that you’re not a person of value, it’s just that you don’t know how to position yourself as one and communicate it while dealing with all of your awkwardness. Having these careful laid out thoughts really puts things in perspective and I’m definitely going to share how it goes.

I can attest to the fact that when people see you as a high value person, they will be willing to contribute to your growth. I have a mentor who I worked for when I started out in my career. I had to stop working with him at some point because I was going through a major life crisis at some point and when I reached back to start working with him again, he welcomed me with open arms. In fact, he did some things that made me realise that he doesn't see me as an "insignificant person" in the field like I see myself.

I love how you said “…he doesn’t see me like an insignificant person like I see myself.” From my own experience too, I can relate to that line so much…and I have realized that sometimes, the value we bring to others we may be thinking it is small or not enough but really, especially when our intention is pure and just genuine…what we offer is huge too!
