Very informative video. I am new to Alberta and in B.C. I fished lakes, so river/stream fishing has been whuuping me. This video will really help. Kudos man.
I was fishing Bow from Fish Creek - Bankside on Saturday morning (190921) but with no success fishing off the west bank from parking lot up to about 1km north ... any chance you want to use that area in a quick vid to show me what features I missed? Was my first time fishing the Bow and I was fishing dry flies (likely my first mistake...)
oh ok. that's what im doing. pull out my google map and put the map on satellite view then scan the whole area or county and then I'll check it if fishing is allowed. cuz there some infrastructure or lake is prohibited. on fishing.
hello bro how are you hope you fine.soon i come in calgary.i want to meat you i am from pakistan have great knowledge about river fishing.hope you want to meat me
I get it the bow river is heavily fished and everyone wants their piece, but man have a little decency, If you fished that Chanel before the flood you remember the good ole days. Anything for a view these days... sad
The river is not mine nor yours. It has seen thousands of guides exploit these “holes” for money year after year. We live in a city of over 1M people and each location I show is visible from a major highway. It’s 2020, digital is taking over. Soon you will be able to virtually float down the river and see every hole. I learnt how to fly fish on RU-vid and give a major part of my success to people promoting the sport not trying to hide it. Sorry you don’t agree with my channel. Appreciate your time.
