lol well as an Alpha and a Chad myself I do think its silly if you thinking dressing "minimal" doesn't have it's own trend implications as well. I think anyone who thinks their aesthetic is "superior" is a little too full of themselves anyway. Appreciate the content suggestion always love to know what you guys want to see.
The style zeitgeist and GQ Pinterest accounts are a good recourse where you can find street styled and runway pics. Also the celebrity getty images from the 90’s are pretty good 👌
Das Kabinett des Doktor Caligari was a great example! As was often the case with German expressionism, the way director Robert Wiene distorted the surroundings created an extremely surreal vibe (which as we find out in the end even makes sense within the movie). The character of Cesare also has one of the most iconic looks of all time imo. Plus, even the language used in the original german version is a joy to read, similar to Goethe's Faust! Another important example for movies like this would be The Man Who Laughs, also starring Conrad Veidt.
looks like we've got a CONNOISSEUR in the audience. I really love the feedback this is an art movement I dont really have that much exposure in so i will for sure check out the man who laughs. Sounds familiar but I don't think I've seen it
@@BraveNewWear You may very well have seen that famous still of Conrad Veidt smiling down menacingly at the camera. Also, just doing everything to get an A in your class!
I think people should also take inspiration from their culture. Even “white people” (which some people say have no culture) usually have a specific group or peoples they can draw from like nordic, irish, or slavic.
