If you have one supplier, and they refuse to to business then your business is gone, because now you will be looking for another supplier. I recommend having at least 2 suppliers always and do business with them equally.

Qs to ask (for myself) : Lead time (how many days does it take for you to receive your order) Payment terms and are they negotiable? What can I expect for profit margins? When do prices changes? What is the shipping cost and how much do I have to order to waive the shipping fee? (For my business I don't really need to ask this Q) Is there a sales rep to help me out?

Product is the actual item, for example candles. Supplier is the person that supplies the candles
