I don't like dealing with ticketmaster! That's why I THOUGHT I bought my tickets from tickpick! Nope... took me to ticketmaster!! 😢 I like the GOOD old day's when u actually BOUGHT a ticket & had it in your hand! I'm sorry this way is totally unacceptable! I've been on hold with ticketmaster for almost 40 minutes listening to the most annoying music!

It’s pretty simple once you get the hang of it. Once you accept the transfer it’s on your phone in whatever app you’re using/you can normally add to your mobile wallet too 😄

This video is useless. I paid for my tickets in April, my event is tonight, and I still don’t have a “transfer email.” I called and emailed customer support and all they can tell me is they will have to reach out to the seller. Makes NO SENSE! What good is customer service if they can’t HELP THE CUSTOMER!?!?!?

This is a thousand times worse and than just printing out your own ticket. Or actually being sent tickets like people used to do.And way too confusing.

Having worked as an usher for a small time hockey club, all of the big arenas and clubs now do this because it's much easier for them to get people in the door. I agree with you, it's more of a hassle for the fan, but the arena's definitely see speedier door times

This is the only way to do it nowadays. Ticket master for example only accepts mobile tickets , screenshots or physical copies don’t work

Yes, I'm also old school. I'd rather pay a fee and get my tickets in the mail. Nothing like going to the mailbox, seeing an envelope with the ticket showing through the window. So far I've been lucky. Even though it said mobile only, I've been able to go to the box office and they would print it for me the day of the event.

Every time I click “accept tickets” it transfers me to ticket master but all that pops up is a page that says “oops something went wrong” with a penguin on it. I’ve followed the steps in this video like 10 times

This is a system FROM HELL - I am now trying for 30 minutes to get my tickets and am not there . I bought tickets for a local Play and was able to print my tickets in 5 minutes - JOB DONE. I will never order anything through this service ever again - you are wasting vast amount of my time- Next I will see if I can cancel this out / get a refund and go to some other event.

Wait, before you do that, call the venue. I have always been able to go to will call and get my tickets at the venue the day of the event.

@@marty3888 omg thank you I wouldn't have thought of that until it was too late; I just dropped a significant amount of money for myself and one of my friends to see Incubus a week from tomorrow and this is my first time to ever see them and they're performing Morning View in its entirety which was pretty much the soundtrack to the summer between my senior year and freshman year of college. I was gifted 2 copies of the CD that summer for my birthday and that shit STAYED in my Mustang's CD player lol so needless to say I HAVE TO GO TO THIS AND I KEEP GETTING THAT DUMB LITTLE PENGUIN BEING SMUG and reading these recent comments is making me wicked nervous. I have severe generalized anxiety to begin with so I'm already expecting the worst outcome possible 😬

whenever I try to accept my ticket, it always sends me to a page that says that my tickets cannot be sent by the sender's email address. What does that meannn??

I can't help but wonder how many tickets have not been sold, due to this system. You hardly see events sell out like they used to. With the price of tickets these days, you should at least be able to print out your tickets. Not everyone has a smart phone.

This system is absolutely not user friendly. Will never buy tickets this way again. I coordinate for a large group and have no idea how to get the tickets to each individual so they can enter the event. Dumb, Dumb Dumb!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have a smartphone so now I apparently can't go to concerts anymore since there is no option to print tickets or have them mailed to me. Ticketmaster has been a huge scam on all of us for decades with their monopoly on the market, ridiculously high prices, and all the bullshit extra fees, which they are still doing despite not having any costs now that everything is done through their app. 10% or so of the population does not have mobile phones, and roughly 50% of people over 65 do not have them. Apparently Ticketmaster's position on that is "screw you all - we don't care, because we don't have to". It's incredible to me that they don't provide a way for those of us without smartphones to give them their hundreds of dollars for a concert ticket. Fuck Ticketmaster!

Nothing on this video is accurate for what I received. I received an email with a transfer link button that downloads the ticket into my Desktop computer's wallet and my iPhone's wallet, but I don't see the ticket on Ticketmaster's site and my phone's wallet ticket does not have a QR code. Does anyone know how to make this work?

Once you have accepted the original tickets and they are available in your Ticketmaster account, you should be able to see them in your Ticketmaster wallet and transfer them to your daughter by inputting her email!

Didnt look like what i received on my samsung galacy 21. It says transfer is complete and i can " view" tickets. Which i can . But i cant find my actual ticket in "my account" in ticketmaster. What am i missing ?
