I am confused. For so long I thought my left shoulder was high & right was normal. Now you're telling right shoulder could be lower. Could it be both? How do I check it myself? Thanks 🙏

Thankyou for taking time to make these videos. I found your instructions easy to follow and liked the fact that I could use household objects. I have been doing these exercises for over a week and found a great difference in my shoulders. Do you have any advice for tingling and numbness in hand and upto the elbow ? Angels really exist, I have this problem and I went to all the doctors and they told me that this problem has no "cure" and I didn't accept it and started searching the internet, in Brazil there's nothing about it, every video talks about scoliosis so i searched in english and found u. Thank you for giving me back my smile, I'm so grateful 🙏🏻💗

Unreal man. I have had this low shoulder forever and thought I would have to have work done or it was my back. After doing this video 1 time it is not as high as the other shoulder but really close and I was off by an inch a few moments ago. Thank you so much. I even quit the gym due to this problem bc I was building diff on each side. This changes everything and can't wait to do it again tomorrow. Your da best

Excellent video! The targeted areas were perfect for me. While performing the stretches in this video I felt an immediate comfort in my shoulder area and activated muscles that I forgot I had. Working on posture is tough but these videos make it so much easier! Thank you. 🙏💯👍

I’ve done some doorway stretching but didn’t think it did much good because I’d stretch from the top only and for just a few seconds on my way into another room. Today, I learned that doing it in different positions AND doing 15-20 sec reps is amazing! It works all around the whole shoulder blade. These will now be part of my daily routine. I like all the stretches and the strengthening, I’m just especially impressed by the doorway ones. Thank you! 🙏

I saw my chiropractor for neck pain last week and he did an adjustment that made me feel worse. I noticed I was completely lopsided when I got home! My right shoulder was several inches lower than my left. Out of desperation, I did the exercises in your video and they are almost level again. I wish there were great chiropractors like you everywhere. I have been in pain all weekend from his adjustment so you are a lifesaver! My neck even feels less painful, too.

U can use ANYTHING hard to provide stability and resistance (i.e. wall, tree, brick, etc.)

@@marconovakovic7124 yes my shoulder posture improved drastically ,but I have to say that I used dumbells and started going to the gym which definitly also helped.Overall,doing this exercice will adjust your shoulder back to normal but I can say nothiing the minimal required time .

Thank you for this! I have thoracic Outlet Syndrome on both sides, but 6 months ago I had surgery for it on my right side... he, my surgeon, became so mean in the hospital, for 8 days because nobody could figure out why my right lung looked crushed and fluid inside....turns out, I found out from the much better doctor I see now.. that the surgeon hit the phrenic nerve and paralyzed my right diaphragm, and the diaphragm opened and floated up, crushing my lung. I've been sleeping sitting up and am on oxygen all the time, and he didn't even give me oxygen for home, said I probably didn't need it, but saw my family doc and saw that I couldn't get my o2 above 84 - 86...when I first came in it was at like 79. So he set me up with home oxygen, which I'm thankful for it of course...but I'm so sick of dragging around and wearing these tubes I could scream. Just did a test and have been told that my nerve won't wake up, so I'll never take a real deep breath again🥺 and if I want to try to lay flat I need another surgery to tack down my diaphragm, in the hope that it won't be floating up crushing my lung. My lung won't ever work right since the diaphragm I what pulls the lungs open, but they hope that if not crushed it might store some extra o2, maybe. But there's something also wrong in my neck, a muscle or tendon from my ear,own my throat and into the top of my chest(which is still numb, just the right half...that burning yet numb type of pain. But I also realized my right shoulder drops way lower then the left, looks ridiculous. A friend who was a pt in Cali said normally they're telling you how to relax them, as I need to on my left, but I need to build up my right side one because when I let it hang it does all the same awful TOS pain junk that I had surgery to get rid of. He told me it was all my fault, every day. That I was afraid of pain so wasn't breathing and faking that my right arm, other then fingers, was completely dead...not dumb, but I had no control over it. He picked it up high as he could and dropped it on the table yelling "hold it" as he dropped it, so it slammed down on the table giving good bruises. I had to completely relearn how to use my arm. Its ok, still doesn't do everything I tell it to and sometimes I goes the opposite way I'm asking it to go...but hopefully that will resolve itself the more I do my exercises.. So these videos showing how to build it up, without wanting to be a body builder is SO helpful!! Can't thank you enough for the help. We've been basically left on our own which had been scary. So thank for this!!!!

You help me lots... so much... wish I knew these things 14 years ago. Thats how much pain I have been in an chiro never fixed it in a click clack pay now system. Sent me broke but didn't fix it. Thanks. The Spirit sent me here, bringing you to mind. This msg at 2:30 in to video... allowed me to crack my rib cage and shoulder back into place after the stretch.

​@@DrRowe Seriously, I have been in severe pain for 14 years. With going to chiro putting it back in for it to go back out within a day. Costing too much beyond my ability to sustain. So I lived with it. It was like my whole right arm and shoulder were out of alignment, with a all the nerves being pulled upon. With my hand eye coordination being out by a few mm at my fingers that i was knocking things over instead of touch, pushing or picking it up, as it was not where it was meant to be in my perceptions. And I have had it go back only for part of a day many times, which almost seem life changing hope. Only to have it revert, and sometimes be worse. But NOW, thank goodness, you have shown me how to FIX it and make it permanent! My whole arm and fingers used to be in constant pain from being pulled on. I used to think of it like my nerves we being stretched around my shoulder mound instead of being in their correct place. I am a spiritual person, not spooky, not an expert, but growing, but not religious. Learning of mind and how it effects things. Most often NOT talking to any deities. But have been expanding to seek asking SPIRIT (omnipresent building blocks of all things, energy, life force, consciousness, that is love harmony, my theories) to help me with this, and YOU came to mind. And the next time I saw you on youtube it was exactly what i needed. I had subscribed to you a little while ago. But often am too busy to watch most things and have to select a tiny few from the 100s coming in. Thanks again. I got myself a roll for my back because of the first video i watched. About 16cm x 60cm estimated.

Going to try this today. I've had a lower shoulder for years. No pain or discomfort but highly annoying. I've worked out with weights for years and my back and shoulder muscles feel so off balance and I think it's because of my shoulder. I'll get back to you with a reply to this. Here's hoping 🙏😁

@@DrRowe I definitely felt some relief. When I do pull ups, I always feel my lat on the side of my shoulder issue is always tighter when I'm lowering myself down so it makes sense to loosen that up. Am I right in saying that? Is that what's pulling my shoulder down? Do you recommend doing these exercises daily?

I needed to shorten/strengthen my upper trap, rhomboid, levator scapulae. At same time I needed to lengthen and deactivate some my last, Serratus anterior, and subscapularis. It’s funny because 99% of PT and docs will work with you on the opposite, relaxing and lengthening upper trap and strengthening lower trap and Serratus. Opposite of what I needed for my dominant arm dropped shoulder that caused long term impingement

I have brachial plexus Palsy from an injury when I was born. My right shoulder has always been lower, sadly. I'm hoping these exercises help! I have a lot of hope, because I want to be confident in my wedding dress next year, without baggy material on my right arm or an extra long sleeve.

@@muki3856 it'll straighten your shoulder but as u go about Ur day, say u lie on Ur side like me or work with your left side it will fall back into the dropped position. Have tobe aware of it and keep training and stretching.
