So I just got into fitness pretty recently, two months ago, bc of my weight, but mostly bc of my actual physical pain. And the amount of information I've learned in the past two months about the body and my own body is insane. I have larger breasts, and I've had migraines since I was a teenager, upper back pain, and have always had larger upper traps even though I never did exercise lol. It all makes sense now. Now that I've started exercising and doing research and stuff I've just come to learn quite a bit and this is a very profound one for me bc I've had migraines for YEARS. And now I have a solution that might help. Thank you for these trap fix videos and explaining everything!

My traps don't noticeably take over my lifts, however they always feel wildly tight, even when I am just relaxing. Going to try some of these exercises plus the ones in your other video + posture work. Thanks!
