Excellent. Tightening up the ROM on these common shoulder prehab movements feels 1000x better. Previously, I had been trying to hike everything too far. Limiting ROM on rows also helped a lot, as most trainers seem to emphasize hiking elbows way behind the body into the 'back pockets', which is painful to me.

@@OverheadAthletics thank you, you have been great help, i will continue do what i learned from you. 5 weeks now post surgery my right shoulder was not balanced with my left, it is getting better but still not isometric :(

I’ve had shoulder labrum surgery almost two years ago and I’ve always done the rehab with as much range of motion as possible like u advised not to do in the video. I currently have constant shoulder stiffness in the shoulder that had the surgery. I am a professional tennis player and whenever i warm up i play normally without any issues. But whenever I’m at home my shoulder is almost always stiff. Do u have any ideas on how to resolve this issue? Thanks

Is there any overhead training typically for volleyball, especially for the spiker?

I think most of the exercises that we show for overhead throwing athletes can be applied to volleyball, but I can add this to my list for future Content!
