I have fibromyalgia so I'm stiff every where but my bottom seems to be very painful also. Any ideas. Also because of my problem I have very weak muscles and keeping myself up using my arms makes them really hurt.
Btw you forgot to show us how to foam roll the inner thighs, the gluts, and the lats. thank for the video learning how to foam roll the shoulders is use full information.
