I tried doing the quads from the hip joint like you. Would not recommend for men. Rotate to get the boys out of the way and do one leg at a time

I would like to know how to foam roll hamstrings. My left hamstring muscle often got tight when I was a runner.

I have fibromyalgia so I'm stiff every where but my bottom seems to be very painful also. Any ideas. Also because of my problem I have very weak muscles and keeping myself up using my arms makes them really hurt.
