@@lynx_frngl you might feel like you said something that made 0 impact on anyone but these words will be my inspiration. These words will be the ones on my dry erase board everyday when I wake up. Thank you.
They technically do but only in the static position at the top. Like it’s the same sort of reason gymnasts have big biceps bc of all the straight arm ring stuff that puts crazy strain on biceps + tendon. Either way it’s wayyy slower than pull ups
I used to lift school bag for bicep, i slowly overload and it get heavier until it reach around 8 KG, my school bag are really fucked up now. There's big hole and ripped part. My mom keep mocking me about it 💀. Now that i think about it, buying weighted vest is pretty good idea, i can hit chest, tricep, back, legs
@@bryan5165 it doesnt matter what results they got. if you are pulling weight, pushing weight, etc then you will grow no matter how trash your equipment is
The backpack curl is the exercise I did all the time in school and people would laugh at me for it until they tried to do it and realized how heavy the damn thing was! Those were the best days.
Jeez. I learned a lot from my grade 6 teachers that also helped me learn more. I bet there might be more in grade 7. But I went and Theres a new thing about venn diagram from math that i havent learned anywhere else. I understood what biceps and triceps mean from my science teacher
The Maltese lean is a pretty effective exercise for biceps actually. However, it's just good for the short head, u still can affect the long head by using narrow grip and imagine that u try to raise the arm outward but that's not enough pressure for the long head in my opinion.
@@lolnah1992 it feels good but also tired but more tired beacuse i saved six videos of his and did it in a day and now im resting beacuse its saturday. (tnx for asking)
@@lolnah1992 like i work out at monday, thuesday, wendsdey, thursday and rest at friday, saturday and sunday. but while your working out and you wanna rest maybe around 2-5 min.
I still remember when by elder bro was in highschool he would always use his school backpack for building forearms and biceps and ngl he was the most jacked guy in our house after dad obviously and most jacked guy in his class (But he's really short he's 5,11 and I am 6,2 idk he's older than me but still...🤷 Edit in highschool he was 5,5 or smth
yeah thats helpful because lately ive just been taking my school bag and fill it up with dictionaries from my moms room and i put the straps over a poster holder and it acts as a bar and do reps with that
I have been using this technique for nearly 1 year and beleive me guys, its absolutely amazing,I have the perfect bicep muscle now,do it guys you won't regret it
What if i add resistance to the bicep using my own body? Like maybe pushing down on your forearm with your other arm instead of using something weighted? could that work?
Ok I'm all good with learning how to do stuff without equipment but what routine should I do with equipment. And I don't mean with machines I just have the stuff for like bench squat deadlift and quite a few dumbbells what should I be doing??
I only have like 2 kilograms of weight is there an exercise that doesn’t need and idle lot of weight but is still effective or should I just do it more times
My arms are hurting sm. I can't fully extend them. It's been like this for 2 days and I'm getting kind of worried. Maybe I did too much. It was my first bicep workout. Don't want it to be my last.
That isn’t the only way. Another way you can build your biceps Without equipment is that you can lie down face facing the ceiling on your couch and put your fingers on the edge of your couch, then pull your arm to make a curl motion.
