How to get your Mint Mobile Account Number:
1. Call 1-888-777-0446 from a phone NOT ON Mint Mobile or Ultra Mobile
2. Press "1" on the keypad for English
3. Press "1" on the keypad for Existing Customer
4. Press "5" on the keypad to get your Account Number sent to you in a text message
5. Provide feedback as to why you're leaving Mint (I found I had to do this to get the account number actually texted to me)
6. You're done! Wait a few minutes and your account number should arrive on your Mint Mobile phone as a text message.

Yes, that's right. But it's not hard to get a Mint customer service to help. Dialed 611 and a representative picked up the phone in seconds. Just got my account number and pin.

What a great video and excellent tip!! Unfortunately for us, we were 5 days too late as our account was already turned off and you can't get the info without speaking to someone. I ended up chatting with someone for nearly 35 minutes after having to prove endless ways that I was who I was! The funniest part was when they wanted to send me a 6 digit code to a phone that hade no service anymore! So they just made me give them 5 local numbers I dialed out in the last 90 days. The only problem is, I rarely call anyone!! Now for the really weird thing, about 20 minutes after they finally gave me the info, I got the 6 digit code - OMG!! How in the heck did that get through!!?? Anyway, thanks again and keep them coming ;)...

I had mint mobile for a year, it’s pretty good but just working construction and being in new job sites out in the county I didn’t have signal a lot of the times so I am having to switch. Other than that, if you stay in your neighborhood regularly/in the main city limits it’s not a bad company.

Do you know of a way you can get data/text/call use for the previous months? I know Mint Mobile sends out an email, but sometimes they don’t always send it to me for some reason. It’s such a hassle trying to figure out what’s the best data plan I should switch to.

Thanks for the video, but it doesn't work anymore. I got transferred to talk to an agent and as soon as I gave them my number, he said he is going to transfer me to a Mint Mobile agent. I guess they figured out your hack. Is there a better way (faster) I am still holding as I am writing this here, so hopefully someone answers. Also I highly recommend you mute the background music they play. OMG so annoying and loud.

Getting my Mint account number was torture in August 2023. It should be on the app account page, but instead required waiting in support queues twice for a very long time. It is their intentional policy to make this info hard to access. So, they practice customer torture instead of customer support.

Mint is the last prepaid I will ever use. This wait time is even worst than Boost Mobile, and I thought they were bad. Robo chat will *not* get you an account number and PIN. It insists on transferring you to an agent

I believe this method is no longer available. Try chatting with support using the chat bot on Mint Mobile's website, or within the Mint Mobile application.

Mint mobile is terrible. Go to a real company. If your phone is disconnected they have a recovery fee. Who charges you for being a returning customer? I’ve never heard of this madness.
