+Health And Fitness Even I am following the same program and I can see visible difference in just one week will send you pictures once I am done . just few doubts i had: 1.in india i am getting curd having 3gm of fat in 100gm.(is it low fat or not) 2.can we have any alternative for cabbage as in north india its not advisable to use cabbage because of poor quality.

Inward hammer curls are a great option to put pressure on the brachialis. (Helpful for newer trainees struggling to find mmc) also multiple grip barbells can be used (the one often used for overhead tricep extension). Hope this adds up a little

i am working out on my biceps from the last 1 year i eat clean,healty, i work so hard in the gym i take supplements but still i am not satisfied with the way my biceps should look after working for a whole year . now i feel like a fool i was doing it completely wrong . now from tomorrow i am going to train the way you said . thank you for saving the rest of my years .

Hello guru, your video motivates allot. especially the way you explain is really awesome. makes every listener to hear it repeatedly. Its been 3 yrs somehow i had to stop working out. Now am willing to continue it again. Well am planning to start the work out by next week.... Am working as an IT professional. working hrs: 9am.-6pm. What if start with warmup exercises early in morning for an hour? and later on in evening with the weight liftings.?? Can u advice me with the timings and if i can carry out with what i said above?

Good explanation by Guru Mann. But... Like all trainers, I too have a different explanation. For getting bicep definition, volume training is a must. More frequent, high intensity, high reps with variations weight intensity. Also. To get the peak, training should be done with the short head as emphasis. And for the brachialis, strongly recommend doing incline curls and hammer heads. And then. Forearm training is forgotten most of the time, which many neglect. With regards to size, bicep size is very limited, and to gain total arm size, tricep training is a must.
