Here's how to do it properly:
1. Starting Position: Stand with your feet hip-width apart.
2. Bend Down: Hinge at the waist to place your hands on the floor.
3. If you can’t keep your legs straight, bend your knees to reach the floor.
4. Walk Out: With your legs as straight as possible, walk your hands forward while keeping your core engaged.
5. Plank Hold: Once you reach a straight-arm plank position, hold it for a moment.
6. Walk Back: Walk your hands back towards your feet.
7. Repeat: Stand up and get ready to go again.
Keep smashing those reps and get those gains!
