Yes, as an editor I prefer to arrange a fixed price for jobs so everyone knows where they stand and there are no argument about how long it should take. A job should include a number of revisions as standard, but if a client wants to make endless changes then it isn’t worth working with them anyway.

I think the best place you can hire are Facebook, Linked-In, and Twitter. There you don't have to deal with as much complexities and extra payments like on freelancing websites, and you can develop a strategy that works for the both you!
