How To Identify Problem Brushless Motor Bearing | Drone Motor Noise | Hot Motor 

When you take the motor apart say one that hit the ground you can take the bell off and chuck it up in a dremel and spin it up to see if the shaft is bent.The bell will wobble if the shaft is bent.The shafts are pressed in and you can get them out some have a set screw to keep them from twisting.You can get another shaft from a burnt up motor.

Thanks for great info! I ran into a issue with a diatone motor I just swapped all 4 with new motors as a upgrade and after soldering them up I noticed 1 of them felt like it was breaking or not spinning as freely as the others. So I checked the solder for shorts and found none but resoldered anyways. And still the same thing so I disconnected the motor wires altogether and it does it still. I also checked the screw length to make sure they are correct and they are all good. It didnt make any nose and since there was no detectable short I did a hover test and a few flights then after a crash no its definitely making noise but it's like a clicking ever run into this? Sorry for the long winded message
