I want to ask about tendonitis, is this workout good for tendonitis because I’m having problem with my right arm that is not fully stretched like my left arm.
Hi, my right elbow joint was dislocated on july 09,2022, plastered for 20 days and kept in sling for further 2 weeks but also started PT during these 2 weeks. At the moment(Sep 10,2022), facing difficulty in extension, also feel a bit friction/discomfort while trying to force extension manually. Will this technique be helpful for me,gaining full extension?
Is it possible to regain full range of motion years after the surgery, or another surgery is necessary? A friend of mine fractured his elbow, and his pain is long gone, but lost a lot of his range of motion. Now he wants it back, and do training, but it does not seems to be effective at all. Is there anything like warming it up or meds to help the process? Btw, thanks for the video!!!
Hey, I dislocated my elbow and torn my UCL at a football game. 11 weeks ago I had the reconstruction surgery for the UCL then had a fixator for 6 weeks. Now I’m 5 week without it. So till know i don’t got my full extension and diffraction back and now I’m little bit scared it will stay like that. Can this exercise help me or is it to late? Thanks for answering
Hey! I am a bodybuilder coming off right elbow arthroscopic surgery. 7 weeks ago today. I feel 'instability' at the top of a dumbbell press (ex - incline dumbbell press, when the chest is approaching it's most shortened position)... b/c A) I can't get into full extension on my own and B) pigging-backing off that, I can't fire the muscles that would allow me for more stabilization at that end range. When I do press dumbbells, it almost feels like my elbow is unstable/cant control it. When I try to put my arms into full extension isometrically, mimicking a dumbbell press, I feel my right arm shaking a bit. Would love your input!!
@@OverheadAthletics Sorry for the delay, I did not see a notification for this. He got rid of bone spurs/loose bodies, and cleaned up the entire joint. He also got rid of some frayed common extensor tendon. The joint was very beat up. I’m still struggling to feel that normal sense of stability/normal feeling when it comes to pressing. It’s gotten less and less over the past 14 weeks but I still feel it on both the eccentric (initial portion) and near the lockout
@@ZackRoseyBB 25 days ago. Progress has been slow but steady. I had carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel release at the same time. If you want I'm on fb as silo Jim. We can go private.
Thank you so much for this video. I have had my olecranon bone broken and severed off completely during fall, after 2 operations 2 years ago I kept on rehabilitating and now I still need a few degrees into full extension. Would you recommend to use this technique? I usually work on extension by holding onto a branch of a tree or a pole and hang on to help my elbow extend. What would be most effective way to gain back full 100% of extension? Thanks a-lot for answer.
I have been suffering from bent elbow for 7 months now.Do you still think with your method it will be ok.I mean not too late?stroke attack me while I was involved in terrible accident
