Wow. I had my own problems with acid reflux and stomach problems for decades. After I stopped drinking tap water the problems vanished. Never put the puzzle pieces together it does the same thing for my dog. Never heard a vet talk about this connection. Thank you.

I really struggle with the way folk seem to think that regular jabs & tabs from their vet is perfectly ok, when we know it really isn't. My dog hasn't needed to go to a vet for years thankfully. I would love to travel with her but because vaccines are compulsory now, even to places which are rabies-free, I choose to avoid it. Is there any way around this? She is only 4.5kg and is a feisty little terrier, full of fun & really healthy. When I got my rescue cat she had big time gut issues. She had flatulence and diarrhea and vomiting issues. And terribly skinny even though she ate everything in sight. So I changed her diet drastically. Now she eats raw meat. I get or make her raw complete cat food. Then daily I have been the past three years adding probiotic and enzymes along with fermented foods that are cat and dog friendly. I give her goat milk kefir and I make her bone broth. I give her a prebiotic in her daily food. The vet was shocked in how much she improved after 6-9 months later. She does not get dry cat food except a couple kibbles of her fav grain free cat food a friend gave me as treats now snd then. Mostly she gets fresh raw meat. As a treat I give her raw chicken or steak from the grocery store. She loves it. Dry cat food is super bad for cats.

My cat was 4 years old when she got severely sick. She used to be on RC diet and other commercial food including grain free. Her blood tests were good nothing very much off chart except for raised ALT but since she did not have earlier baseline the vets werent her normal levels. All those vets did not help her abd she saw 13! Its only after I watched videos from holistic vets and changed her diet to cooked, gradually added herbs and supplements that she was able to improve. Past one year or two she was on organic grass fed raw meat that proved to help her more. However, I still had to split her food into smaller portions throughout a day otherwise she would regurgitate. I tried to figure out all those years what could be the problem as she is not completely cured but we dont have a single holistic vet in UAE. Also, about 4 month ago I dealt first time in my life with fleas I brought from a vet. I failed to eradicate them using natural ways so I had to resort to spot ons. Vet advised bravecto and after much re assurance I agreed. One month later I lost 3 of my beautiful cats due to this poison 😢. I detoxed the rest of them using ILE (intravenous liquid emulsion) and herbs. And also, I give apply leaky gut protocol by adored beast. Two of my cats have severe ear fungal infection which is slowly improving specially after the protocol and use of infrared mat. After 3 month od daily ear cleaning the ears are getting better though there is still clear liquid coming out when they shake their ears. Regarding my chronically ill cat, she was doing great on raw. However, since 2-3 days she started vomiting her food with bile. A day prior to it she had very smelly soft stool all of a sudden. She has been on a leaky gut protocol since 1.5 month. I wondered whether its a sign of healing or worsening symptoms due to perhaps poisoning from bravecto and what else can I do as I exhausted all my options. I tried to give her the smallest bite of raw but everything went out few minutes later. The only thing that worked after those two days of starving was raw yellow egg and cooked turkey with grated ginger (non organic). I hope its temporary. Last video I watched you have spoken about boo functional test. Is it possible to do send blood and get the test done to determine her diagnose? Thank you so much in advance.

I just had a concern I tried looking thru videos but I don’t see anything for dogs rashes she has a rash on the back of the tail and Under the belly. What about dogs, who are from a shelter (before he was a homeless dog running wild)? Every single time, when I'm trying to introduce a raw meat / cooked meat to my dog (a small amounts of raw meat) he gets a severe diarrhea? Probiotics from a veterinarian doesn't improve his situation? :( He has seizures, I really wanted to shift him to raw food with MCT oil and it's a disaster :( He's only ok on a extruded food with 70% lamb protein & rice, he's drinking filtered water.

Question: don’t titters need to be done soon after initial vaccination? I thought those antibodies only stayed circulating for a short time. Then the info was downloaded into the immune system.
You can do titers for their yearly checkup. The antibodies for the core vaccines can stay in the system for many, many years. Non-core vaccines have a shorter lifespan, but lots of times they do more harm than good on your animals system. If you have a lifestyle that heavily requires those vaccines, then it's best to talk with your holistic vet about that so ya'll can figure out what's best for your animal. But no, you can get the initial shots and just titer every year. After the initial puppy/kitten shots, those antibodies have been proven in studies to last a minimum of 7 years, and some last lifelong. Vaccines are a money grab at the end of the day.
Agree with @FreyFantom - antibodies are one part of how the immune system responds. Many of our patients have antibodies that last for years when they repeat titers at their vet visits. I am currently feeding about 15 outdoor cats, and i was giving antibiotics for respatory infections, so i finally just stopped thinking i was doing more harm than good. Can anyone tell me what to feed them that is not too complicated ?

Please HELP!! MY great Dane Puppy Skye's only 14 months old and has has such a horrible time with Diarrhea. It all was caused from her Vaccines I had to tell the Vets HEY!!! Your making my Puppy extremely ill!!😢 they did listen and actually agreed with me they gave her massive doses of pre and Probiotics but then gave antibiotics and extra worming because frankly they wanted to be sure that wasn't also the cause. She will never receive another vaccine but I don't know what to give her to help her body rebuild her microbiome I feed her Victor Beef and Brown Rice kibble. Please any suggestions would be appreciated she gets Horrific diarrhea blow outs her poop is like giant cow pies I give her fiber capsules but not really helping she also does pica
