I am 67 and a runner, running 5k at least twice a week. Sometimes while walking or standing there is sharp needle prick pain in left knee and gets little bent. I don’t experience any pain whilst running. I do some stretching exercises and dumbbells on the day I don’t run. I do warming up n cooling down on the day of run.

What I do is to tie wieght on my ankle and leave it for about 10 minutes in morning!!! - it has helped me a lot -

@@rit20095 I use 1 kg weight dumbbell 💪 used for building hand muscle bought long time ago and tie it up to my ankle with help of Dupatta 💪👌😂🙏🥰 works well !! You can use 500g to 1lg weights strap available at surgical supply stores which is easier to tie 👌😂🙏

Hello Ma'am, Want to share with you that my mom is facing severe problem in her both knee ,Dr. has recommended her knee replacement by seeing her x-ray report but due to some issues she's not have been operated yet ,but day by day her pain is increasing more and more, please suggest me what to do and can this exercise will be helpful or not?

@ I m also suffering from knee arthritis. Nd I m 30 years old. mere xray me likha h.. Decreaseed joint space in bilateral medical and left lateral femoro tibial compartments.. Marginal sclerosis is noted in the left tibial condyle..iska kya matlab hai,isme kon si exercise kre please reply mam.i m ur new subscriber.

@@KDPhysio I think we can use ankle belt .sitting on a high table we can use •5 kg belt on ankle and we can extend our leg up. And then down.as you have mentioned in your video. We can increase weight after some days gradually 1 kg then 1.5 kg then 2 kg. then 2•5 KG.. Think over this idea.and tell me that is it feasible or not? Pl.reply

Hello mam thanks for sharing this video.I am 42yrs old nd having grade 2 level of osteoarthritis just want to confirm that is it possible reverse it? When I saw my MRI report to one surgeon,he told me to do knee replacement as soon as possible nd at the same time other doctor has told that there no need of surgery So bit confused pls can u help me nd suggest right remedies Thank u once again

I am suffering from knee pain from last 13 years, after relex nearly some time in the evening I walk for 2 km every day but I could peddle cycling for 10 km without pain in the knees. Thank you ma'am I am 67 years old, please tell me is their any other method but I don't prefer knee replacement.

Is it ok if we take weight on ankles to do exercises at our own or by using resistance band we can extend tibia and femer kindly make video on using both methods it will be helpful

Manual traction can only be done by hands ...weights or resistance band will not work

You can use that but it just gives you a temporary relief...I would probably suggest you to focus on exercises more

I'd like to think a quick fix like pulling my leg would help widen joint space between my patella and femur, but does it actually work? I'd like to think so, but I'm still skeptical.

I have beed doing with 3-4kg cuff for 10-15 mins daily, worked wonder, all pain gone. But one problem us that the pain reoccur if we start running. Any soulution pls let me know

Exercises start from 1:59mints . Mam knock knees k liye simple n easy exercise btaye .. Vase sbi jatatr squad bli exercise btate h for knock knees prblm bt it's very difficult or almost impossible for me to do this squad exercise becoz of this knock prblm... So just sure ki app simple n easy exercises 2/3hi btaye jis se knock knees ko thik kiya ja skey. 🤔😭 Mam meri knock bones k karn walking or sitting ni hoti h very difficult to live such painful life with having knock bones n fleet foot. 🙏
