I am 67 and a runner, running 5k at least twice a week. Sometimes while walking or standing there is sharp needle prick pain in left knee and gets little bent. I don’t experience any pain whilst running. I do some stretching exercises and dumbbells on the day I don’t run. I do warming up n cooling down on the day of run.
@@rit20095 I use 1 kg weight dumbbell 💪 used for building hand muscle bought long time ago and tie it up to my ankle with help of Dupatta 💪👌😂🙏🥰 works well !! You can use 500g to 1lg weights strap available at surgical supply stores which is easier to tie 👌😂🙏
Mam please make a video on ankle gap also, My ankle gap is very less due to an accident. Dr. Says to replace ankle but i didnot want to replace. I am 19 years old now. Plzz suggest🙏🙏

@@KDPhysio I think we can use ankle belt .sitting on a high table we can use •5 kg belt on ankle and we can extend our leg up. And then down.as you have mentioned in your video. We can increase weight after some days gradually 1 kg then 1.5 kg then 2 kg. then 2•5 KG.. Think over this idea.and tell me that is it feasible or not? Pl.reply

Is it ok if we take weight on ankles to do exercises at our own or by using resistance band we can extend tibia and femer kindly make video on using both methods it will be helpful

Vase sbi jatatr squad bli exercise btate h for knock knees prblm bt it's very difficult or almost impossible for me to do this squad exercise becoz of this knock prblm...
