How to install a clutch on Predator 212 

I'm so busy I get maybe a hour to mess with my projects recently bought the swing arm kit for my mm80 and to fully build it just got to get time to do it lovung the channel man keep up the good work

What size allen keys are those clutch screws using?

What did you spray in the clutch? I've always cleaned them with brake clean and then just a little spray of wd-40 while it's spinning on the engine to keep the noise and dust down

what number chain did u use?

how well does that #35 chain hold up with the predator 212? im kinda thinking of going with the 40,41,420 10 tooth clutch and a 420 chain, and 415 44 tooth rear sprocket because of limited options. id like to do the #35 so i could get a 60 or 75 tooth rear sprocket but wasnt sure if the smaller chain would handle it

So is it normal for the clutch bolt / washer to spin with the clutch? Or should I be using a longer bolt?

I put the 212 predator and mine is stock on a mag rim 26in pedal bike I'm getting over 40 miles an hour I also have a 36 tooth sprocket I could make it go faster but I feel a pedal bike should only go so fast LOL

My clutch bolt stripped when tightening with the impact driver. Not sure what I did wrong but hopefully the thread in the shaft is ok.

You need shims/spacer between engine and clutch, going to throw your chain.

It's gonna be slow with a straight chain your better off getting a torque unit and put it on there

Am I the only one who think he put the shit on backwards? Lol every clutch you see the metal looking side is inside and the sprocket is on the outside or am I trippin???
