Thank you XeMODeX for the last 7 plus years of saving BMW owners but thank God times have changed. This same kit is now available from Bosch for under $300 and the 335 d kit is about $450. Mine went out 2 months after the extended 10 year warranty and Bosch just started selling these in May. 2022.

The tank needs a drain. The DEF will go bad after years of no use. Drain and refill every 5 years or so. Not just top off . Really great video. 👍

Our DEF Kits apply to the years 2008 - 2012 for the 3 Series (Diesel).
