Whats this for just for hair trigger setup? Quick fire FPS only pad. Forget vehicle throttle & brake control in the same game like BF6 maybe if its worth a dam?

Is it possible to completely remove the haptic trigger motor and gears during installation ? They won’t be getting used at all after the smart triggers are in and it would help with making the controller lighter. I’ve already removed my rumble motors.

@@drdra326 UPDATE: I removed them and it works fine just remember to turn the haptic setting off in the system settings first. The controller is so much lighter without the rumble and haptic motors in which most FPS players disable anyways.

is it just me or does Sony come out with a pointless and useless controller feature every console... these triggers are a mess of design and just seems like its 99% more likely to break... ive not like it in one game ive played.. but im biased in that ive always HATED sony's triggers.. i always more shoot to R1 and aim to L1 those buttons just feel WAAAAAAY better than the triggers... cool mod though.... also i really would like to know if SONY is improving the stick drift after 500 hours on the new controllers coming in june?
