Hey guys in this video I’ll be installing a Flo-Pro EGR delete kit on a 2016 Dodge Ram 2500 6.7 Cummins but it will be pretty much the same process for any 6.7 Cummins. YOU MUST TUNE THE TRUCK AND REMOVE DPF BEFORE DOING EGR DELETE. If you have any questions feel free to comment or shoot me a message on Instagram @darkirondiesel
**BEFORE YOU DELETE YOUR TRUCK MAKE SURE YOU KNOW THE LAWS AND PENALTIES IN YOUR JURISDICTION FOR DRIVING A DELETED TRUCK ON THE PUBLIC ROADS, IF ITS ILLEGAL, DONT DO IT**

Thanks for posting. I have a 2014 Ram 4500. I had it deleted, but he left everything in place. Well having egr cooler leaking issues. Thanks for helping me keep my hotshot truck on the road

Appreciate youre thorough walk through the video, just deleted my 17 ram, waiting for exhaust to arrive to see how the new tune works! I originally had it tuned with emmisions intact however, after having to delete two of my service rigs due to DPFs being plugged up, I didn't want to deal with emmisions issues if/when they came on my personal pickup!

Great tutorial! Helped walk me through mine. Quick tip, on the "tricky" 15mm nut on the manifold you have the bent wrench for, I used a 15mm crows foot and 3/8" drive ratchet. Took 10 seconds to get off! Thank you very much for a very clear and informative video!

Dealer deleted my truck and egr yesrs ago but never took the hardware out. This look somewhat easy to do. I think ill make the attempt instead of paying someone. Thabks!

For the nut on the manifold I use a s shaped 15 mm wrench. Harbour freight worked excellent.

Thanks for ur input on my truck. I pluged in the sensor. Started truck a couple of time it didn't clear. I put the swich in an finished that up started truck an bingo . Its a beautiful thing. No more def or codes. The truck never ran so good. Now to give the truck back to the wife. Next ? Do i do my eco desil. It has 160000 miles on it. Its a 2014
