Finally got to ride our WaveRunners in Key West! So many restricted areas that you are not allowed to ride your JetSki but boats are allowed crazy! We try to explore islands around Key West but had to be careful not to cross that invisible line in the golf the Jetski‘s are not allowed to go pass.

I did that ride years ago it was so much fun... then i traded in my rental ski for a scuba tank..... never looked back... I don't get it.... ski's are restricted but boats aren't? great video you two... Ski safe!

Me and a buddy of mine have been riding motorcycles for ever but next year we are going to get a couple of jet skis and ride from Washington DC to the keys on the inter coastal water way then to the Bahamas, I can’t wait live the dream brother

I would enjoy a video of the places you can go and the rules/restrictions for riding around Key West and shown on a map. Also, best places to go - same for Key Largo.

That's crazy man, I watch fl jetski riders videos all the time, I work down in key West for fury jet ski tours and remember seeing your wife and you and pointing out those dolphin!! Can't believe I didn't recognize you lol when ever your back down here we can ride!

I’m running into a lot of places not allowing jet skis also! Bigger boats allowed, but not a smaller, slower, quieter craft? Who are we letting make these rules? And how are we supposed to know every restricted area? I don’t feel like scouring the net for a rule I didn’t know was a rule every time I want to explore a new place.

You mentioned that you cant go out from the shore.. Were you meaning from the Atlantic side or the Gulf side. I will be transiting form Key West to Miami in the next several months. What route do you recommend?

Looks like an incredible place to see, but there are a lot more rules down there that I would be afraid of unintentionally breaking and getting in trouble. Looks like I would definitely need a guide.

Thanks for the great video. I'm heading to Key West in a couple months and taking the skis with us. I've never been before. We're staying at Big Pine Key Fishing Lodge. You were talking about the strict rules for skis. Is there a website you recommend where I can get more info before I go. I don't need problems with the po po lol.

I use the app Navionics and it will tell you whats a National forest or protected sanctuary area. Jetski’s are not allowed in those areas only boaters

I need tips on riding I’m headed to the Bahamas in March I tried last year but I was scared I was going to fall off when I hit the gas the whole front sat up I panicked will it flip over I can swim but that’s the ocean I’ll look like a Seal to a shark panicking

I don't get it either as I jetskied KW and I saw so many prop tracks through the shallow which I suspect causes more damage to the reef than a jet boat.
