Repentance in the context of salvation is to turn away from your sin of unbelief, and to turn to Jesus Christ as your savior. Much false preaching today claims that the word repent means to turn from all your sins in such a way that your sincerity merits salvation. But the bible clearly states in Ephesians 2:8-9, "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." Sadly, there is far too much debate among believers today concerning the terms "Lordship Salvation" and "Easy Believism." After sitting under much polluted preaching, many Christians do not even know if they have truly been saved, or if they have sincerely repented enough for God to extend them the free gift of salvation that he plainly promised to all who will call upon the name of the Lord. To understand the biblical definition of repentance and it's meaning within the context of the sinners prayer, please watch the following playlist: • REPENTANCE
Repentance in the context of a lost person needing salvation is to turn from the specific sin of unbelief, and instead turn to Jesus as your savior (being born again). Repenting within the context of a saved believer is turning from all your other sins, in exchange for fellowship with the Lord. The first is concerning salvation. The second is concerning sanctification.

I promote the Grace gospel instead of lordship because of Lordship being false. And I get people thinking I'm making an excuse to live sinful carnal lives. I tell them that's not what I'm trying to do. I tell them I'm not against one feeling sorrow or contrition or praying a prayer while getting saved. I just don't want people to think "Oh I must be forgiven by God and going to heaven because I stopped sinning, prayed a prayer, etc." I want one to base it solely on believing on Jesus Christ alone His death for our sins, His burial, and His ressurrection. I think many in the lordship camp may mean well. I think many may mean well. I think some of them use the 10 commandments which is true the law brings the knowledge of sin but then they'll misinterprete a verse like Luke 13 v 5 about repentance. So what I always recommend is to someone who realizes they are a sinner who needs a Savior, Ill try taking them to an easier to understand verse like "Galatians 2 verse 16 which reads "knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ." Then once someone is a believer I'll recommend a verse like Galatians 5 verse 16 which reads "walk in the Spirit and you will not fulfill the lusts of the flesh." So that as believers they don't live sinful carnal lives.

Peter Hann, you and me both. Almost every time I make a comment like yours on any video like this (agreeing with many of what the host says) that may get some thumbs up, eventually get a response from someone with the same assumption about me, that I just want it as an excuse or license to live a life of sin. And I don't. I'd reply back telling them that I don't. But sometimes they come to me with more responses like to read a certain scripture and meditate in it, one that my have versus that a Lordship Salvationist can find and use to argue their points. And one viewer may give him a thumbs for his last response to me. Well, even the lordship Camp may have viewers of videos like this and others refuting Lordship Salvation.

I can give at least some in the Lordship Camp credit for meaning well. And I think I can say the same for some of those people who respond to my comments like yours thinking what they're thinking. Afterall, I don't know any of those people or those who give thumbs up supporting their replies. They could either be just well meaning people, or they could be die-hard sinless perfection people who are supporters of this "Tribultion Saints" guy named Levi Price who actually believes that people can stop sinning all together, or even worse, a supporter of hardcore works and sinless perfection people like Jan Boshoff and his buddies. Hang in there, Peter. I'm kind of hanging in there myself, as I go thru the same thing you do.

First John 1:8 says, if we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. We are saved by grace, through faith, without works, lest any man should boast. We are saved by what Jesus did for us on the cross, and we grow in grace and do good works because we are saved. First John 5:13 We should know that we are saved because we have believed on Jesus. Our works or how we live has nothing to do with salvation, but if we live in sin God will chasten us. But not for every little thing we do. And He only chastens us to bring us back into fellowship with Him. Where sin abounds, grace much more abounds. But we should not use grace for a license to sin. The reason Lordship salvation is so wrong, it is salvation by works instead of grace, what Jesus did for us on the cross. Paul said that those that preach any other gospel than the gospel of all grace, let them be accursed. And He said it twice. Galatians 1:8-9 Salvation by works is against the grace and mercy of God to save sinners, which we all are. Most who believe in Lordship salvation are trusting in their works instead of Gods grace. Matthew 7:15-23 They are not saved. They are trusting in their own righteousness instead of the righteousness of God that comes by faith alone. Romans 4:5 Romans 11:6

FYI, Galatians 2 is referring to Jewish Mosaic Law, not God's law. Galatians 5 also says we are saved by a faith that works through love. That is the only true faith. All other faith is counterfeit. Unfortunately, the "proof" texts to support free grace theology has many flaws. Gal. 6 plainly says believers will reap ETERNAL LIFE if we faint not. this goes hand in hand with Matt. 10:22 that says he that endures to the end shall be saved. Plain and simple. All over The Bible, both Old and New Testament, salvation is conditional on remaining faithful to God. 1 john 2: 24-25 even lays out the condition for final salvation being that we remain in Christ. We also see in 1 Peter 1: 5 we are kept by the power of God through Faith (present continual tense in Greek). If free grace theology was correct, 1 Peter 1:5 would say we are kept by the power of God through grace, since continued faith would not matter in regard to justification. After all, it would be God's grace keeping us, not faith. Also, if it is "all of grace", as free grace proponents say, then we can thereby fall from grace, since Galatians 5 says anyone seeking to be justified by the law (who are true believers according to verse 1) is fallen from grace. If we can't fall from grace, then this passage becomes null and void. Some try to argue that these were "false converts", but, we clearly see in verse one that we stand in the liberty that Christ made US FREE. As such, Paul is clearly referring to true believers. And, since we are saved by grace, we can thereby fall from that grace. And, why would Christ say he would not "blot out" believers names from the Book of Life (Rev. 3:5) if he couldn't? The answer is because He can. We also see Jesus says in Rev. 2: 10 "be FAITHFUL UNTO DEATH and I will give thee a crown of life." So, to have faith in the Bible means to be faithful to Christ. We see the word Lord used over 700 times in the New Testament to refer to Christ! However, free grace theology promotes Jesus as Savior without demanding He also be Lord. If free grace theology were correct, we would not need Heb. 5: 9 that says Jesus was made the author or eternal life for all who OBEY Him. According to free grace, that verse should actually read Jesus became the author of eternal life for all those who believed in Him" And I specify past tense believed because according to free grace theology your continual faith ultimately does not matter in regard to salvation, as long as at one time someone "believed"...... These are the things free grace actually teaches! Lastly, the "carnal" Christian is an immature Christian, according to 1 Cor. 3, not a reprobate. In 1 Cor. 6, Paul clearly states that those (talking to believers) who practice adultery, fornication, idolatry, murder, homosexuality will not inherit the Kingdom of God. HUGE difference between the "carnal" Christians of 1 Cor. 3 and the complete reprobates in the local churches in ch. 6. These 2 are not to be blended as being one and the same, and that they are all saved! In short, free grace theology is a cult with a false view of salvation.

Also a great tract I came across is titled "May I ask you a question?" by Evantell. They try to make the Gospel very clear. It does have a prayer but before the prayer it says "Remember it is not a prayer that saves. It is faith in Jesus Christ that saves." Over and over it emphasizes faith in Christ, faith in Christ.

We are just to trust in Jesus, rely on him not on our own understandings, salvation is by faith in Christ not by works, if you love Jesus you will want to return your free gift of salvation by obeying him and keeping his commands, YES WE WILL MESS UP! But repent and he will forgive you. Salvation is not by works that would mean one day you would wake up saved and if you sinned be lost? Repent be saved again sinned be lost, saved, lost, saved, lost that makes no sense at all! Look at it like this, lets say you managed to be free from sin for 5 years then one day you was out driving and you thought something sinful and at that moment crashed would you be lost? Or saved? I tell you, you would be saved.

Which commandments should we keep? The ones that Jesus cancelled out by nailing them to the cross (Col 2:14) - the ones Jesus abolished in His flesh (Eph, 2:15)? I have my pen and paper ready to write them down. Please try to be as concise as possible, because the more laws you give me, the more I have to obey. In other words, if I break one law, I am guilty of breaking them all (James 2:10). So, could you make the list small please? Thanks a bunch!!

@PeteJones-pv1oe Год назад
Ah.... Here we have the typical straw man argument for a false believer who simply does not want to obey Christ for eternal life (Heb. 5:9). You are simply mis-quoting Col. 2:14 and Eph. 2:15 to promote a false narrative that teaches obeying and following Christ are negotiable for salvation (justification). In Colossians and Ephesians, Paul was clearly referring to the Mosaic law, and that by Christ's once for all sacrifice He abolished MOSAIC law. Refer to the Luke 23: 45 when the vail was torn at the Temple when Christ said "it is finished" and gave up the ghost. When Christ abolished the law it was the Mosaic Law, Not God's law that is ETERNAL (Psalm 19:9) We specifically see this in Eph. 2: 15 in which Paul says "law of commandments CONTAINED IN ORDENANCES". Just the verbiage testifies that Paul was referring to Mosaic law that was abolished. By no means does it mean we can continue in willful sin, which is exactly what Paul was preaching against in Romans 6!! As such, the true believer must follow Christ for eternal life (John 10: 27-29) Let's make this simple and clear. We are saved by God's grace through faith and kept by the power of God through our continued (emphasis continued) faith (1 Peter 1:5). We even see throughout John's gospel that every time "believeth" is used in regard to eternal life it is in the present continual tense in Greek, which tense matters. As such, we are told specifically by Paul in Rom. 6 we have 2 choices. We either obey Christ and receive eternal life, or we obey unrighteousness, and the end if death. And, let me make it clear that death is spiritual death. Now, let me break down what it means to obey. Obey is a verb. This verb is an action word that means to comply with the command, direction, or request of (a person or a law); submit to the authority of. So, if we MUST obey Christ for eternal life (Heb 5:9) that means we must continue to abide in Him and follow his commands. 1 John 2 and John 15 both clearly state his commands and teaches us simply that we are to love God with all our Heart and to love others... Biblical believing is so much more than a head knowledge. According to James, that faith won't save anyone. Biblical faith It is a call to followship with Christ and submit to His Lordship. Lord is referenced over 700 times in the New Testament to refer to Christ, and free grace teaches that it doesn't matter. As long as one "believed" at some point. that is exactly what Satan wants people to think. for that, I simply reference Gen. 3. Lastly, if free grace was correct, Rom. 2: 4-11 would be null and void, which states "Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance? 5But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; 6Who will render to every man according to his deeds: 7To them who by PATIENT CONTINUENCE in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, ETERNAL LIFE: 8But unto them that are contentious, and DO NOT OBEY THE TRUTH, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, 9Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile; 10But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: 11For there is no respect of persons with God." As you can see, only those who OBEY Christ will inherit Eternal Life. This also lines up perfectly with Gal. 6: 7-9 that says we will reap ETERNAL LIFE if we FAINT NOT. James 5: 20 even says that if a Brother (believers) errs from the truth and one converts him back he saves the sinner's soul from death. Note, the soul is saved from death. This is a spiritual death, not physical. We clearly see what there is eternal hell that awaits the believers who errs from the truth and is not faithful unto the end. So, to sum it up, Christ gave his life and shed his atoning blood once for all humanity. He does not need to sacrifice Himself over and over. However, we need to come to Him by faith. This involves repentance, which is a response to a heavenly calling, not a work. We MUST acknowledge that our sins have hid God's face from us and that Christ came to save us from sin, not in spite of sin. We must rely ONLY in Christ for salvation, but, a genuine faith will produce "fruit" in the life of the believer. Some believers will bear more fruit than others according to Matt. 13: 23, and this is the process of sanctification. Yet, all true believers will bear fruit. Our works are simply a response to the Holy Spirit working in our hearts to will and do His good pleasure (Phi. 2: 13). Our works don't cause salvation, but, are a response and a demonstration of who our LORD is. And, it is those who remain faithful to Christ unto death that will be saved (Matt. 10:22; Rev. 2:10). So, your argument for free grace theology is weak and rooted in misrepresented bible verses.

Luke 8:10 And he said, Unto you it is given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God: but to others in parables; that seeing they might not see, and hearing they might not understand. 11 Now the parable is this: The seed is the word of God. To get people saved we need to use Bible Discussing doctrine , it is also a good idea to use this method. Let them argue with God, not me.

Yes. It is only by faith that we are saved, nothing more. It is neither by works, nor can we keep our salvation by works. Once saved, always saved. It is by faith alone, by grace alone, and in Christ alone. However, if one claims to have faith in Jesus but cannot surrender his life to Him, despite Jesus commanding us to make Him our Lord, does he truly have faith in Jesus? Or does he trust/believe in himself rather than Jesus? If one trusts/believes in himself over Jesus, then most likely he keeps the control over his life, he cannot submit his life to Jesus because he does not trust Jesus. He trusts himself more. On the other hand, if someone GENUINELY trusts/believes/has faith in Jesus, then he allows Jesus to be the Lord over his life. God bless everyone.

Several of the world's denominations teach that Christians cannot sin so as to become lost; that is, there is no way that a true convert of Christ he cannot go to hell may sin, and thereby, receive eternal damnation - he cannot go to hell after having once been saved. This is popularly spoken of as the doctrine of "once saved, always saved". On one extreme, this doctrine is expressed as, "True Christians will not sin as they lack the desire and the capability to sin, because their allegiance to Christ has changed their nature". At its other extreme, this doctrine is expressed as, "No matter how grievous, the sins of Christians will not be held against them in the final judgement". Those who hold this last view believe that Christians can do wrong, but they also believe that Christ will forgive them of any, and every, sin so that they will be blameless on the day of judgement. You researched this question to find, not what man teaches, but what the Bible teaches about the possibility of Christians falling from the way of truth, and becoming lost. The most clear treatment of this subject in the New Testament is found in the second chapter of II Peter. Study this entire chapter carefully. I quote now verses 20 and 21, which best summarize its teachings, "For if after they have escaped the pollution of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them". Unquestionably the people spoken of here were once Christians, for the writer speaks of them as those who had, "(quote) escaped from the pollution of the world through the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ" (unquote). Unquestionably these same people were, again, entangled in worldly pollution, that is, they had fallen from the way of the truth, and had (again) become sinners. Also, unquestionably they are subject to condemnation for these sins, for the verse says that their final state is worse than their initial state, that is, they are worse off than before they were saved. Thus, the doctrine of "once saved, always saved", is not supported by the scriptures, for the Bible here shows that Christians can sin, and that they may receive punishment for those deeds. All verses of the Bible agree with all other verses when the subject is the same, and when the rule, or law of God, is the same. Also, when the rule, or law, is consistent, clear verses serve to explain less clear verses about the same subject. Said in a different way, the Bible never contradicts itself, and the Bible is its own best interpreter. Remember, God cannot lie, and God is not the author of confusion. Study Hebrews 6:18, and I Corinthians 14:33. To illustrate this, we can study verses about baptism (for instance) in the New Testament books written by the apostles John, Paul, and James, and expect agreement. But, we cannot necessarily expect agreement between the Old Testament writings of Moses and the New Testament writings of Paul concerning (say) worship; Moses' laws were in effect until Jesus' death ended them. See Col. 2:14. Paul's writings, however, are a part of the will of Christ, His New Testament. The New Testament is our guide today. In I John 3:9, we read, "Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God". If this verse teaches, "once saved, always saved", it is contrary to II Peter 2:20 and 21 (which we read previously). Thus, a contradiction is forced into the scriptures which cannot exist. However, apparent conflict disappears when we see that the writer is stating the obvious fact that Christians cannot sin and remain faithful followers of the Lord. This is verified by the very same writer in the very same letter where the apostle, John, in I John 1:8-10 says, "If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us". Here, again, we find an inspired writer telling true believers, Christians (including himself) that they can sin, and that they can do unrighteousness. More deeply, John is here instructing Christians how they can find forgiveness for their sins; Christians are to confess their sins and they will be forgiven them. This instruction is not for sinners who have never become Christians. Christians are citizens of God's kingdom, and must abide by its rules. People who are not citizens in the kingdom must first become so before its laws apply to them. We suggest that you find how to become a citizen of God's kingdom through study the message, "What Must I Do To Be Saved?" and "Are We Saved By Faith Only?". Belief in, "once saved, always saved" may seem justified by John 10:27-29, "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand". If this scripture proves, "once saved, always saved", the scriptures contradict each other, and this, of course, is an impossibility. To harmonize the scriptures (to make them agree, one with another), we must notice that Jesus did not say that his sheep could not leave of their own accord; He said that no man could pluck them away. Each Christian may leave Christ, if he chooses; but unless the individual wishes to go, no one else can make him leave. Notice in verse 27, Jesus said that His sheep, "know me and follow me", and thus, following, and continuing to follow the Savior is a condition that we must fulfill if the promise, "neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand" is to be kept. And so, in addition to those things necessary to become saved (namely, believing the word of God, believing that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, repenting of (or changing away from) a sinful life, and being baptized into Christ for the remission of sins, we have an additional requirement, that of being faithful unto death (Revelation 2:10). "Once saved, always saved" is a dangerous doctrine: The Christian who does fall away (upon seeing his sinful life) may conclude that he was never saved and become doubtful of the power of God; another may live a sinful life, and become lost, while believing that God is unmindful of the sins being committed. Either way can result in eternal death for the sinner's soul, and it would be such a useless death, for (as we have seen), the doctrine of "once saved, always saved" is wrong. The Christian who sins must confess those sins to God, who will forgive them. I copied this from the internet but it pretty much sums it up>If you will study the life of Jesus as he walked here on earth you will find in most cases as he had an encounter with a sinful person that came to him and realized He was the son of God and called him Lord as only the Holy Spirit reveled it to them>Jesus told them to go and sin no more! This is our example as Jesus said take up the cross and follow me and anyone that does not surrender their will to God as Jesus did and do only the will of the Farther as Jesus did, they are not one of his>Not one of his children>You must surrender your will as Jesus did to become as one of Gods children>Joined as Brothers and sisters of Christ as Gods Children. Not my will but his will, my old man must die (old sinful nature must be crucified with Christ) Nevertheless not my will be done on earth but his will be done and born again with a new nature not of man but the true nature of God threw Jesus shown and reveled by the Holy spirit. Also Jesus was asked how do we inherit the kingdom of God and he did not say to just believe on me he said you Must BE Born Again! Not born of man again but of God threw his power as he breaths a new breath of life into you by the Holy Spirit Just as Jesus was created in the womb of Mary by the Holy Spirit of God. That is also a perfect example of being born again. There are two steps you must take to be saved. First you believe the word of God and that Jesus is the son of God and gave his life for our sins AND purchased our birth right back from satan that Adam had lost with his blood (Jesus blood that he shed for the price of that purchase). Then you receive the Holy spirit and surrender your will so that after you have believed, God is given the right to re-create you in spirit so you can be born again. One without the other is not Gods plan for salvation. We must do just as Mary did when the Angel came to her and say the same words or have the same attitude she had “Be it unto me” according to your word. God must have a release from us of our ways or will before we can be born again. He will not over ride our will. If he did we would be robots not free will people. I would ask just as Paul did when the church was first introduced or had first began “have you received since you believed?”.

How is one saved? John 1:12 But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: context vv.10 to 13 That is enough, but if you need more help. Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How do I know if I am saved? Romans 10:9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. context Romans 10:9,10,13 Matthew 10:32,33 John 12:42,43 II Corinthians 5:21 Who rejects Jesus, and who receives him? John 3:20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God. What happens when I get saved? Hebrews 12:6 For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth. Further information: John 1:1 to 17 We see that Jesus is the light. Hebrews 12:7 to 12 also sheds additional light on this topic.

JESUS CONDEMN MEN FREE WILL Luke10:22 All things have been handed over to Me by My Father, and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son wills to reveal Him.” This is another great revelation from Jesus.NOBODY know the Father nor the Son except the ones "whom" THE SON WILLS TO REVEAL HIM. And the "whom" are those the Father give to his Son for Salvation before the beginning. Jesus reveal Him and the Father to the "whom" to the "Elects" Also it's only IN JESUS and by His Will (He chose us) that we can know GOD. If your are not in Christ (by his choice and will) YOU WILL NEVER KNOW THE FATHER. ONLY THE SON CAN REVEAL HIMSELF AND HIS FATHER. Bless are the one to whom the Lord reveal his Divinity.

With all due respect your opinion does not matter. Final authority lies within the Bible and Christ clearly stated in Math 7:20 "you'll recognize them by their fruits." Meaning yes a Christian will have sin after salvation but will continually repent and bear fruit in his sanctification. Sanctification always occurs in a true believer you cannot have salvation without the sanctification likewise one cannot be sanctified without being saved

I guess passages in Mathew 7 and 1 john 1 have no meaning for this pastor. Yes you can know you are saved by the fruit you bear and also by your desire to want (not have to) to obey and submit to Christ. That's proof of salvation my friend not what this man teaches.

If you continue in sin thinking you are saved, and do not have a guilty conscience, then you are not saved. On the other hand, if you are saved and commit sin, and your heart condemns you (you feel guilt, and your conscience is not clean), then you are saved, for God is greater than your conscience (1 John 3:19-21). For the unbeliever who sins, his confidence is the evidence he is lost. For the believer who sins, his guilt is the evidence he is saved...

this literally makes no sense. So, if we walk in darkness we are saved and just don't know it? Please explain the conditions to salvation in 1 John 2: 24-25, in which John blatantly says if we continue in the Son we will continue in the Father, and this is the promise, even ETERNAL LIFE. So, you say one can have eternal life and not know it because they are walking in darkness, yet God's Word says we must abide in Christ for eternal life. You also fail to continue to 1 John 2: 4, which states "He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him." Now, last time I checked, Jesus is the TRUTH. So, if we are a liar and the Truth (Jesus) is not in us, we are not saved. Sorry free gracers, salvation demands obedience, not a feeling that you think your saved because you "believed" in some facts about Christ. Anyone who removes repentance, obedience, faith (present continual in the Greek), following Christ has a false salvation and is nothing more than a cult.

so hey friend. you believe the Bible right? it it says that the Holy Spirit gives different gifts , to one evangelism, to one the gift of teaching , and so their are men who are great teachers and their are men who teach in seminary, so why not go take some classes in seminary and learn a little....

Wow. This is one of the worst heresies I've ever heard. How many "christians" now walk away justified in their sin because they don't have to "know" they're saved. I can only imagine the judgment this "teacher" will have to face for such gross twisting of Scripture.

Lordship salvation exposed? Sounds like he's preaching lordship salvation. "Christians don't ask God to forgive them of their sin while at the same time holding onto their sin." That's the point. True Christians, when they do sin, humbly asks the Lord to forgive them with the desire to let their sins go. Yes, Christians sin. Those who hold to Lordship salvation do not ever say Christians don't sin. The point is, Christians do sin, and sometimes hard. But their conscience, through the Holy Spirit, burdens them while they are in sin, and so they run to their LORD, whom they've offended, to receive forgiveness and to restore fellowship. And Christians doubt their salvation... sure, because they are living in sin. Exactly what those who promote Lordship salvation teach. Nothing new here. This man is confused.

Of course repentance is part of the gospel ... turning away from sins ... read your bible and stop listening to these fools !! REv 2; 20 But I have this against you: You tolerate that woman Jezebel, who calls herself a prophetess. By her teaching she misleads My servants to be sexually immoral and to eat food sacrificed to idols. 21Even though I have given her time to repent of her immorality, she is unwilling. 22Behold, I will cast her onto a bed of sickness, and those who commit adultery with her will suffer great tribulation unless they repent of her deeds.…

bob78145 I've never seen repent of all sins to be saved in the bible.....what I see is repent and believe...meaning repent or change of mind from unbelief to belief. God repents more then anyone in the bible...are you saying God is repenting o sins? no! God has no sin. repent means to change ones mind from something to something else...also it can mean to feel sorry. depending on context is how one should apply either one of the 2 definitions.

Salvation is not a magic formula! Salvation is God choice first, and He has made his choice trough predestination before the beginning of the world. We were in the bosom of Elohim,in His Spirit ! Nobody come to the Father if He didn't chose him first. This is Scripture,He give is Gift of Faith to the ones He chose.

Gideon Crusader God soooooo love the world ???????????? This is why God DESTROY THE WORLD in Noah days except 8 persons (Remnant) ?????? God soooooo love the world in Sodom and Gomorrah ??????????? Your God is false and your Gospel also. HOW TO TWIST SCRIPTURE...... John11:51-52 1John2:2 He prophesied that And Jesus He Himself would die for is the propitiation for the nation our sins and not for the nation only and not for ours only but also but also that he would gather together in one for the children of God scattered abroad the whole world Arminians are MASSIVELY using 1John2:2 (And John3:16) to try to prove that Christ DIE FOR THE SINS OF THE WHOLE WORLD (not for the elects only) "The whole world" means "people of all kinds, including Jews, Gentiles, Greeks, Romans, and was not" as opposed to "ours only" i.e., the Jewish nation. What the apostle John is saying in the John 11 passage is particularly significant: Christ died so that he might gather "the children of God" the elect, from the whole world."

+edwardpf123 Heb2:9 don't say that He suffer for all individuals till the end of time. In verity He die for the members who are making his spiritual body (we have been crucify with Christ) this is why it is say that He die for the ones the Father gave Him.And the ones are the remnant, the members of the Holy City CHOSEN by God before the beginning.Christ could not die for a stranger of the holy City (his chosen Bride) He cannot take the members of a prostitute,so this is why He die for is Spiritual body by crucifying his material body . It is those who have been predestined IN CHRIST that will Resurrect IN CHRIST,having being slain with Him before the beginning trough God decree of Elections and Salvation, being WRITTEN in the book of the Lamb.God is the architect of all men destiny,He even made the wicked for the day of judgement.
