What do you have on your registration marks to keep the ink out and still see through the screen?

my prints were turning out so crooked. i didnt know how to find the center line of the shirt, words were slanted, it was a mess, then my ink dried on the screen because i was ignorant to the fact that water based needs to be flooded. oml if it wasnt for you and others it at least helps me spending less time and money
