Fantastic! Thank you! I just bought a bike with this tuner on it. I was able to fix the drastically rich condition at idle. Now I know how to auto map it. Thanks again
I agree, best video I've seen so far! question(s): 1-How do you tell the Thundermax is in auto tune? 2-And is there a setting to adjust the speed limiter? [ Not the red line one] 3- What is a safe rpm limiter for a 114 with S&S 465 cam, free flowing air box and aftermarket exhaust?
i would like to see you do a video where you are actually installing a new ECM on a bike from start to finnish. and actually show the changes you make after running the bike... just like to see how it is done.. this is a good video but i'm a show me how it is done kind of guy... not knocking this video in any way as it gives the basic idea but would like to see it in a real time situation from start to finnish...
I saw the name Moot on a file there, is that Moot that use to work at Bourget Choppers? Moot was always a great guy and treated me right regarding my Dragon I bought from them. Too bad that industry went down the tubes.
I love the thundermax in my 09. I was thinking of making an on board computer with a raspberry pi. Is this software available for linux ? as the raspberry pi single board computer does not run windows.
Question.... I have gone through and changed a bunch of settings through my thunder max playing mechanic when I should have not been. Is there a simple reset of the thunder max? Or if I just rewrite the original base map will all go back to where I started? I guess I’m trying to find the path of least resistance to get me back to square one. Kindest regards…
