Thank you Kait, you just put this out there 3 days ago. I started using the Apple Cider Vinegar that day. I now take the vinegar a few min. before I eat anything and before bed. I actually feel hungry sometimes. Almost all of my skin tags are nearly gone. Sleeping better. Still lots of trips to the bathroom but more productive. I'm down 3 pounds in 2 days. I just needed to stabilize my blood sugar and it's turning everything around it seems. WOW, Thank you!
I do almost all of them (except sprinting) in an effort to get these last 25 lbs off me. Quitting alcohol has been the most recent. I am on week 2 so far! Hoping to see a flatter belly soon! 🤞🏼
Alcohol is my problem too. If I drink 2 nights in a row I swear my belly is 2 inches bigger. I'm trying to cut back but I'm a bartender....so it's always in my face! Lol
No processed foods at all is the best way by far to remove visceral fats but 99% of people won't do it. Our society is addicted to packaged junk food. Even restaurants use processed packaged foods. Good video.

These are the best tricks I've found, most things in the list are very hard to do. Which is the reason why these are the tricks that work. A little bit of discipline and want to loose fat, thats what it takes.
Hi Kait, I told you a while ago that I did a 13 mile hike... Well, today I have achieved 21 miles 👍.. I had 4 eggs scrambled in butter, and 3 slices of bacon before the walk, and had smoked salmon salad half way through.. My post walk meal was grilled steak with mushrooms and onions.. I feel a real sense of achievement after this. Not bad for an old man, eh? 🤣
Super interesting especially on the apple cider vinegar and strearic acid. Ive lost 30 pound in 5 months eating primarily keto and use both of these just didn’t know this benefit. Also doing HIIT and IF. Thanks!

I'm experience=ing a menopausal fatty tissue in the abdomen at 50. I do a lot of gentle exercise and maybe should use weights. I burned all my visceral fat and uncovered a very inflammed leaky gut (rosacea). after 18 years fasting and 12 years IF. Now carnivore I have used a lot of broth. but ultimately a quantum healing frequency device healed my leaky gut working on spleen and stomach meridian and food sensitives.
I m lucky I don’t store fat on my midsection , I’ve stayed at under 10 % bodyfat by eating low carb and high fat diets, but lately I’ve been eating a moderate amount of carbs yet staying really lean by doing high intensity weight training and jujitsu. I don’t ever drink juice or soft drinks.

I do not drink sodas. I am a diabetic , i am trying to eat better at 60 i feel more settled . I do have trouble sleeping and would love to sleep better .
I have already incorporated most of these tips, with the exception of drinking ACV before meals. My husband drinks diluted ACV in water, with cayenne and ginger first thing in the morning. Is drinking that mixture beneficial first thing in the morning or would it be more impactful if he waited until he breaks his fast and drinks it before his first meal? Lately our intermittent fasting has increased significantly from say a 16 hour fast to sometimes 20 or more. Which means we really only eat one meal most days.

I have been taking a table spoon of apple cider vinegar diluted in water with a teaspoon of lemon every morning and before sleep and finished the whole bottle of apple cider vinegar but I did not see the results I expected. I don't think I lost any weight nor saw or felt any different. how come? did I do something wrong and btw I did take the correct apple cider vinegar by the mother.
Two really good things are that i dont smoke and dont drink alcohol 😅 i do my daily jumping rope hiit (from sydney cummings) and go to the gym to work on strengthening my back (discal hernies). I eat carbs but with moderation, once im following my nutricionist plan which includes 16/8 fasting. About the vinegar can be the normal apple cider vinegar we use in salads? Man Kait ! you're sooooo Beautiful ! I wish you lived in the U.S I Love what you do. I used to be a big alcoholic (Beer drinker) until i found you and others. stopping drinking and starting Keto/carnivore has helped me big time.
Another great video! Thanks, Kait! I need to do # 6 & 7. All the others I do. Ugh…I love red wine. I drink it almost everyday. I can go days with low carbs in meals but the wine is tough. I really got to let that go. Any tips on how to stop drinking wine? I buy Pinot noir which is supposedly the lowest in carbs. But it may be the reason I don’t lose belly fat. #9 is interesting. I’ll see what I can do about that.
Thanks Claudia! Try replacing the wine with something else such as sparkling water or kombucha. Even if you can do this some but not every night it will help! Pinot noir is a good choice if anything though - it's my go-to 🥰
i have to admit, every night i spend drinking cocktails, i always lose weight.... maybe thats cuz i simply dont eat much at all the night i know i will be drinking.... but i feel if i dont eat anything and i dont drink i dont lose weight and im miserable lol.... drinking is a huge weight loss hack in my book...not sure about that beer stuff....but i am sure about liquors
No! It should only be done when you are fully rested, maybe once a week. You get the benefits from putting in maximum effort and if you haven't recovered properly you won't be able to do that 🙏
Intermittent fasting doesn’t work, ur caloric intake is calculated within 24 hours so it doesn’t matter if u eat it all in 1 hour or spread out thru the day.
You are wrong about smoking. When I smoked, I went through 60+ per day and ate "everything", my weight was around 85kg. About 15 years ago I quit smoking and I have steadily developed a massive gut and my weight is now 119kg! Time to start smoking again!!
