This is so helpful, it makes so much sense coz I've been eating vegetarian food and doing belly fat work outs for a month and I lost belly fat and I also lost weight, now I'm going to try this strategy

I'm pretty slim and I only have belly fat I weigh 135, what can I do, i walk 18,000 to 22,000 steps 5 days a week. Whst should I do to get rid of lower belly pouch, when I lay down it isn't visible but when I sit up or on my side its visible what should I do?

Thank you for the information! I have a few questions: 1) I heard that doing cardio after strength training is better than before so the muscles won’t tire but doing it on a separate day is better. Is that true? 2) Can I only do strength training 3x a week and the 4th day I would only like to do pilates/cardio + core ? 3) Is doing cardio once a week sufficient if I close to my ideal weight and I only want to lose belly fat? Thank you in advanced.

Mr Brian i when I do that an exercise of scotting i feel pain in soldiers why and at first i waz ok but it stated after some months like 6months some times ifailed to do workout because of pain

Brian this comment has nothing to do with this video but I’m getting no response from the email you provided, in which I needed one question answered. I purchased the 6 Week Challenge and reviewed it entirely (other than the details of every meal day), however I noticed for the 24 hour fast it doesn’t mention water. Do we drink water or not? I know it will be a personal choice but it would be nice to see it that small detail mentioned for those who want to follow this plan verbatim. Thanks

Thank you Brian. This makes a lot of sense. Totally get you. I lost 5kg with exercise and diet ( not starving but stopped junk eating). Why does weight lose shows on the face? Can it be avoided? This could be useful for others.

thanks Brian, you are the only one who addresses the problem of losing belly fat without losing weight all over the rest of the body. I had no problem to lose weight. But now I have no butt and skinny thighs and no muscle tone, and I did not lose an inch on my belly. I am a young looking 83 year old and don't know how much strength training I can do. Any advise ?

Im 97kg currently and was 102.5 at max while bulking. I want to lose body fat especially belly. But not getting too skinny under 90kg . Im also 1.93 and i will look too skinny

Thats not true. African food dont make it difficult to lose weight, if anything its veggie dense. Its about the amount you eat, and carbs are good for weight loss. For me at least, if i dont eat carbs i’m hungry all day and constantly eating
