*My daughter drinks lots of water and urinates with the same rate, there are no other symptoms to show if those have anything to do with diabetes. This is a good information that I have gone through **Diabets.Care** She is 2 years 9 months, hale and healthy, have not done any blood test. But I am not certain if one can get diabetes at such a tender age. Please I will like to know more on that*
My oldest son is in his early 20's and he has type 1 diabetes. But thank God for this piece of article ru-vid.comUgkxVYhghKWmrUgXARZ_ydZTvmmcrw5L0I5i At first he thought he had the flu and was lying down on the bed for three days until his sister took him to the hospital. They took his blood and it was 600. What I do not understand is how he could have gotten it, since no one in the family has it. But he is winning the battle now. This is good stuff.
*I had very high blood sugar I only managed to improve my health when I found a WONDERFUL treatment, if you want to know about it, I left the video in the comment reply*
8 tips are, - get active such as 10 mins walk, run etc - get enough sleep - eat low GI food - take berberine - relax - take chromium & magnesium - stay hydrated - eat more fibre
Walk for 30 minutes after eating, portion control, stop drinking sodas and juices, dont eat pass 7 pm, drink lots of water. Vary your exercise, like i walk and ride my bike, then i also do light weights
As far as my experience, whole grains carries the same carbohydrate loads as the refined. Brown rice is just as bad as white. Some legumes are fine, but not all. We had problems with black-eyed peas. But, pintos and navy beans are better. Be careful, and test for yourself often. All expert opinions does not compare to the expert opinion of your glucose meter.
Absolutely! A low carb diet is the foundation upon which low blood sugar levels depend. Everything being relative, different foods work in different ways for different people. Your meter is your only authentic compass.
@@lornakurien7962 Never had it. In legumes, it is a carb to fiber ration, that affect diabetes. The higher the fiber, the more glucose tolerant it is. Butter beans are high in carbs, to their fiber content. I eat kidney beans regularly. great in soups, and salads.
@@lornakurien7962 Hi, Lorna, most variety of peas are loaded with sugar. They don't work for me. I suggest you experiment with a moderate portion. Test and record: immediately before consuming them (your Base Line or BL reading, followed by half hour, one hour and one-and-a-half hour post meal readings. This ought to give you an accurate indication of the range and extent of your tolerance towards peas. Best wishes.
Berberine, natokinaise, cromium picolinate. Stop using man made vegetable oil . Stop eating sugar corn syrip flour rice and potatoes. This is my fourth year on keto diet. I Am built like tarzan ❤
from a daily 250 mg/dl pre meal glucose level before now i brought it down to 90 mg/dl by being active and just having 2 meals a day and lose weight it was a struggle but the outcome is great
I'm glad the information was helpful to you, even though you Im post-diabetic stage. However I used Gluconize which is an approach that can benefit individuals with diabetes, including those who are pre-diabetic. By following a low-carbohydrate, high-fat diet and intermittent fasting, patients may experience improvements in weight loss, mental clarity, and sugar cravings. This information is important for all diabetes patients and those who are pre-diabetic. Thank you for your gratitude.
I take Berberine and magnesium daily and cannot get blood glucose below 150-160..But I have no thyroid gland for over 60 yrs. I eat correctly most generally. What am I doing wrong?
My husband was diagnosed with type 2 in 2001 when he suffered from 2 stokes due to diabetic seizures. Since his discharge from the hospital, he has been doing well. I have managed to keep his readings between. 102 and 115. His A1C has been a 5 for years. He eats 3. eats a day, no inbetween snacks. Exercise is yard work from his wheelchair using a weed wacker as well as indoor exercises. All of his food portions are controlled and absolutely no sugar unless it is natural in veggies. He never drank, so that helps. My husband has been doing so well doctors ask “ Are you sure you are diabetic.”. Of course doctors know he is, then go on to ask how we do it.
If you juice your vegetables, don’t ( DON’T ) just throw out the pulp!!! That’s almost 💯 % pure FIBER!!! This will also help to curb the sugar spikes that come with drinking pure juice!!! Take a mouthful of the pulp ( that’s FIBER!!! ), eat it like a meal, wash it down with the fresh made juice, then REPEAT 🔁!!!
This video was amazing. I decided to try the berberine supplement after having way too many blood sugar spikes. I have been using it for a few days now, and it absolutely works! I did not want to take medication...so I was dieting...working out and taking cinnamon. My levels stayed at 200 or above. I took my sugar today...and it was 105. This is an amazing supplement. I cannot thank you enough for this video! Lifetime subscriber. 😃
I like your tips and practice most of them. My body is crazy...no thyroid gland. Take Synthroid, Prednisone for muscle disease and 600 mg Ibuprofen, berberine, magnesium and chromium piclanate. Still glucose 170. Will Not take Metformin..made me very sick. Now What can I do?
Tnks so much..well said n a not so fast presentation with samples too...learned much n hope I will follow ...thank you n may God bless you n your family more...from the Philippines
I have type 2 diabetes despite managing it , I still feel nerve pain at the top back of my body and also nerves that pass through pelvic to the legs. However, your video has enlighten me on so many areas of bringing diabetes low. Will try all and thank you so much. Am in Lusaka Zambia (central Africa).
Stopped watching after the first 4 "tips". None of those recommendations would lower blood sugar QUICKLY. And QUICKLY is the reason why I, along with thousands of other people, started watching in the first place. A VERY MISLEADING HEADLINE. Clickbait again.
I started taking the medication bought from Dr Igho RU-vid channel and surprisingly it was working Gradually and in 9days everything Changed, I am really Excited that you helped me Cure my Disease Naturally & I pray that God bless you Dr Igho for the Goodwork
Fat also slows down sugar, especially if you don't consume it. If you're not eating sugar, you can't have a post-meal spike. Give up the potatoes and rice and add more green veggies and fat to your meal.
What a wonderful video such great information I will do all the things that was said to get my diagnose of pre diabetics under control No more sugar for me the fruits are sweet enough thank for the great message
Drink a cup of warm milk with a teaspoon of cinnamon and half of a teaspoon of honey. This should be taken a hour before bed. This can be done nightly. None dairy milk can also be used. Good luck
@@yolandalindsey5765 add a pinch of nutmeg, cinnamon to a glass of milk. Camomile tea also helps with sleep. Have this half hr. before bed. Do not sleep in the afternoon.

No bread, period...Avocados and eggs for breakfast, every morning - wait all day for a light dinner (You'll be good all day and will rarely even think of food after the breakfast I suggested)...do this for a few weeks and you'll see a noticeable loss of weight and a new found energy...glucose will normalize, fatty liver will subside, and you'll receive compliments on your appearance... period, end of my story.
Yes, the frustration of all these promises about what will be revealed but not the info which is to the point is counter-productive. So jump right in with helpful tips and information, please!
I've changed my diet dramatically, following a minor heart attack. I eat lots of fibrous veg, oily fish and drink lots of green tea ans also lemon water. The only thing I really miss from my old diet is bread. But you've got to be alive to enjoy it so I limit it to a loaf z month.
I am taking Herbs of Gold, Chromium and Berberine. Also taking Milk Thistle for the Liver. I am on a diet of salads for lunch and steamed vegetables or baked vegetables. For Protein, I eat fish, eggs and mushrooms. I drink 3 glasses of Water and 3 cups of Hibiscus Tea.
Your ability to genuinely connect with your patients and communicate openly creates an atmosphere of trust and reassurance. It's rare to find a doctor who not only excels in medical expertise but also prioritizes the well-being and emotional comfort of their patients.
My husband is great with his diabetic they took him off the shot ❓he just had a surgery and his sugar levels have been 500 and now down to 437 ❓help me please Anyone knows how to bring it down thank you.❤
I've pretty much been doing everything listed to varying degrees: cutting carbs. and going for fiber or blood sugar lowering foods, taking berberine with meals and exercising after meals per naturopath's prescription, and trying to manage stress. But, I've found the best method of these hands down - most cut and dry (since the other methods are more complicated with other factors) is exercise regularly. I like to walk, do some strength training and dance to Bhangra videos. I've seen my blood sugar lower spot on 3 pts. per minute as I was once told it would with moderate exercise.
Thanks, I do most when sugar elevates, it comes down. I drink dandelion root tea to cleanse liver, along with clean, filtered water. Sleep is so important!
Let me take out a moment in my busy life to send a thank you note to a very amazing doctor who is full of love and commitment,Dr Ogie is truly a blessing to the world. Thanks for curing my diabetes❤️❤️
