Hi, what's the brand/model of the LED light panel? A very useful video, many thanks!
@TheFilmLook

The light panel we used was an Astora 1300B: www.astoralight.com/spot-panel-light

How did you guys do that effect at the end??
@TheFilmLook
@TheFilmLook 5 лет назад
The unside down effect? That was one of Artlist's adverts. We can't take credit for that!

I love how you did all of this and how easy you describe it. I would love it even more if you could show a longer snippet of the finished project at the end again. (Yes I know I could scrub back, but I'm lazy :D )

Oh man this video is perfect! I only know that because I just tried to design a 70s apartment 10 hours ago and it was a fucking nightmare. You guys make it look damn easy. Keep up the good work!
@TheFilmLook
@TheFilmLook 5 лет назад
The only reason it was so easy as we already have a lot of stuff that looks like it is from the 80s/90s. What did you have in your 70's set?

@@TheFilmLook used an old vinyl player as well as a ton of vinyl records, old books, some art deco canvases, bottles of beer with older labels stuck on. Nothing too fancy.

4:05 THAT time when the pre-programed lighting effects are actually useful... has never happened to me. EDIT: just now noticed i had never commented on this channel despite having been subscribed for over a year. Just sayin', so that i get elder rights, when this channel eventually blows up

Awesome video, what picture profile do you use for this video. May I use cine4?

I think it was just a standard picture profile from the Sony A7s Mark 1. We do use Cine 4 from time to time.

What lens do you use for this shot ?
@TheFilmLook

We used a 35mm Takumar f3.5 and a helios 58mm f2 lens. We uses these lenses the most and in total they cost around $60 together.

John Carpender would use incongruense on his sets. Basically random stuff to add depth and build out the world.
